【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的步伐不斷加快,以及城市在各國(guó)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力表現(xiàn)中扮演的角色日益凸顯,國(guó)與國(guó)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力更重要的體現(xiàn)在城市與城市之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上。長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)作為公認(rèn)的世界第六大城市群,其經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化等各個(gè)方面的發(fā)展處于全國(guó)領(lǐng)先的地位,個(gè)別城市的發(fā)展達(dá)到甚至超過世界水平。長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)以占有中國(guó)1%的土地面積,創(chuàng)造出超過1/5的國(guó)民生產(chǎn)總值。 雖然長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)整體發(fā)展水平居于全國(guó)首位,但是與國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)城市相比還差距還很大。一是城市群對(duì)國(guó)家財(cái)富的貢獻(xiàn)度,我國(guó)珠三角、京津冀和長(zhǎng)三角三大城市群的總GDP占全國(guó)40%左右,而發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家城市群相同比例達(dá)70%左右；二是城市群中的首位城市貢獻(xiàn)度,僅為發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家城市群的十分之一。因此,有必要對(duì)長(zhǎng)三角城市綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行研究,摸清各城市的內(nèi)在發(fā)展規(guī)律,比較合理的客觀反映各城市競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力水平。 本文主要以長(zhǎng)三角16核心城市為研究對(duì)象,以2003～2011年9年時(shí)間作為時(shí)間段,橫向比較各個(gè)城市的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,找出城市之間的差異,以便為競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力相對(duì)較弱的城市提供借鑒和參考。縱向分析各個(gè)城市9年時(shí)間里的演變趨勢(shì),找出城市自身的發(fā)展規(guī)律,比如哪一年發(fā)展較好,為什么會(huì)好等等。在指標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)上,以瑞士洛桑國(guó)際發(fā)展管理學(xué)院的研究指標(biāo)為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)長(zhǎng)三角兩省一市的統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒,按照“木桶原理”設(shè)計(jì)具體指標(biāo)。在方法應(yīng)用上,本文首先運(yùn)用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件對(duì)長(zhǎng)三角16核心城市進(jìn)行聚類分析,得出每一類中城市的個(gè)數(shù),這樣類與類之間的差異就找到。對(duì)于每個(gè)類內(nèi)的城市,運(yùn)用IMD子要素的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力強(qiáng)弱相對(duì)指數(shù)RSW計(jì)算得分,即可得出類內(nèi)城市的排名,最后結(jié)合前一步所分的類別即可得出所有城市的總排名。在對(duì)長(zhǎng)三角16個(gè)核心城市的具體分析上面,本文分成四塊——經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行、政企效率、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和社會(huì)系統(tǒng)、總體分析。每一個(gè)模塊有若干個(gè)指標(biāo),總體分析是將所有指標(biāo)放在一起計(jì)算得分并排名。具體分析過程中針對(duì)每一個(gè)模塊分現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì)兩部分進(jìn)行分析。在文章的結(jié)尾通過前面的分析得出各城市總體運(yùn)行結(jié)論,并通過模型對(duì)各個(gè)城市未來的排名趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),最后針對(duì)不同的情況提出作者之愚見。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, and the role played in the city competitiveness performance has become increasingly prominent in the embodiment of the competitiveness between countries is more important in the competition between city and city on the Yangtze River Delta region is recognized as the world's sixth largest city, its economic, social, cultural and other aspects of the development in China the leading position, the development of individual city to reach or exceed the level of the world. Chinese occupies 1% of the land area in the Yangtze River Delta region, creating more than 1/5 of GDP.
Although the overall level of development of the Yangtze Delta area ranked first in the country, but with the developed city is still a big gap. Also compared that the city's contribution to national wealth, China's Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta and Beijing Tianjin Hebei total GDP three big city group accounted for about 40% of the country, and the developed country city group the same proportion of about 70% the two is a group in the city; the first city contribution, only developed country city group 1/10. Therefore, it is necessary to study on the comprehensive competitiveness of Yangtze River Delta city, each city to find out the inherent law of development, reasonable objectively reflect the city competition ability level.
In this paper, 16 core city in the Yangtze River Delta as the research object, from 2003 to 2011 9 years as a period of time, the current situation of the development of the horizontal comparison of each city, and find out the differences between the city, in order to provide reference for the relatively weak competitiveness of the city. The longitudinal analysis of changing trends of time of each city in 9 years, to find out the law of development the city itself, such as the year in which the development of better, why so good. In the index design, to study the index of the Lausanne International Institute for management development as the foundation, according to the statistical yearbook of the Yangtze River Delta two provinces and one city, the design of specific indicators in accordance with the "barrel principle". In the paper, firstly, using SPSS19.0 statistical analysis the software of the Yangtze River Delta 16 core city cluster analysis, the number of each class in the city, so the difference between the classes can be found. For each class in the city, the use of I MD sub elements of the competitiveness of the relative index RSW score, can be obtained in the city rankings, ranked last with the total step categories can be obtained all the city. In the concrete analysis of above 16 core city in Yangtze River Delta, this paper is divided into four parts: economic operation, enterprise efficiency, overall analysis of infrastructure and the social system. Each module has a number of indicators, the overall analysis of all the indexes is put together to calculate the score and ranking. The specific analysis process for the two part of each module status and trend analysis. In the end of this chapter through the above analysis the overall operation of the City and the conclusion. The model for the future trend of the city's ranking prediction, and finally puts forward the author's opinion for different situations.
