【摘要】：長三角南北兩翼城市群的發(fā)展進(jìn)入新階段，其粗放型的擴(kuò)張模式導(dǎo)致了資源低效利用以及一系列城市發(fā)展問題的產(chǎn)生，已經(jīng)引起了專家學(xué)者和政府部門的擔(dān)憂。緊湊型城市群概念的引入，為長三角南北兩翼城市群改變粗放式發(fā)展模式提供新的視角，利于其可持續(xù)發(fā)展。作為緊湊型城市群核心概念的緊湊度是產(chǎn)業(yè)、資源、資金、交通、技術(shù)、人才等物質(zhì)實體按照一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)聯(lián)系在空間上的集中程度，在一定程度上是城市群綜合效益的集中體現(xiàn)，其與發(fā)育程度是否協(xié)調(diào)直接影響著長三角南北兩翼城市群的運行效率和發(fā)展水平。 長三角南北兩翼城市群雖同處我國經(jīng)濟(jì)高度發(fā)達(dá)區(qū)域，但發(fā)展存在一定差異。從城市群產(chǎn)業(yè)緊湊度、空間緊湊度、交通緊湊度三個方面出發(fā)，對長三角南北兩翼城市群緊湊度進(jìn)行測度，并根據(jù)耦合協(xié)調(diào)模型，對長三角兩翼城市群緊湊度與發(fā)育程度的耦合協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析，這不僅能夠反映兩翼城市群緊湊度變化情況以及緊湊度與城市群發(fā)育程度的協(xié)調(diào)程度，在一定程度上也能反映兩翼城市群發(fā)展的差異性。 通過研究分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)長三角南北兩翼城市群既存在共性也存在差異性。共性是兩翼城市群都進(jìn)入緊湊度與發(fā)育程度高度協(xié)調(diào)的耦合階段且都屬于發(fā)育程度滯后型，，差異性是北翼城市群的緊湊度指數(shù)、發(fā)育程度指數(shù)以及兩者的耦合協(xié)調(diào)度指數(shù)都高于南翼城市群�；诖耍瑑梢沓鞘腥涸谠黾右�(guī)模的同時均要提高城市群的效益，在有序的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)上實現(xiàn)功能和效率的統(tǒng)一進(jìn)而提高城市群的發(fā)育水平，南翼城市群應(yīng)加強(qiáng)自身的綜合發(fā)展能力和水平，盡快縮小與北翼城市群之間存在的差距，實現(xiàn)長三角城市群的可持續(xù)均衡發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of the two - wing urban agglomerations in the north and south of the Yangtze River Delta has entered a new stage , which has led to the inefficient use of resources and the emergence of a series of urban development problems . The introduction of the concept of the compact urban agglomerations provides a new visual angle for the change of the urban agglomerations in the north and south of the Yangtze River Delta , which is beneficial to the sustainable development . In this paper , we measure the compact degree of the two - wing city cluster in the north and south of the Yangtze River Delta from the three aspects of compactness , compactness and compact degree of the urban agglomerations . This can not only reflect the change of the compactness of the two - wing city group and the degree of coordination between the compactness and the development degree of the city group , but also can reflect the difference of the development of the two - wing city group . Through the research and analysis , it is found that there are both commonalities and differences between the two - wing urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta . The commonness is that both the two - wing city groups enter the coupling stage of the degree of compactness and development , and all belong to the development degree lag type , the difference is the unification of the function and efficiency in the north wing city group , thus improving the development level of the urban agglomerations , and the southern wing city group should strengthen its comprehensive development ability and level , reduce the gap existing between the urban group and the north wing city group as soon as possible , and realize the sustainable balanced development of the urban agglomerations of the Yangtze River Delta .
