【摘要】：推動(dòng)中小企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級是我國當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的內(nèi)在要求,也是天津市實(shí)施萬企轉(zhuǎn)型升級行動(dòng)計(jì)劃的初衷所在。本文對萬企轉(zhuǎn)型過程中銀行信貸支持問題進(jìn)行了深入研究,全面分析了中小企業(yè)融資難的宏觀與微觀原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了一個(gè)多維動(dòng)態(tài)的對策框架,從資金需求方、資金供給方以及融資環(huán)境三方面給出了針對性的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Promote the transformation and upgrading of SMEs is the inherent requirement of China's current economic reform, Tianjin is also the implementation of the action plan to upgrade Wanqi's original intention. This paper makes a deep research on the problem of bank support enterprise transformation in the process of credit, a comprehensive analysis of the macro and micro financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, put forward the Countermeasures on this basis the framework of a multidimensional dynamic, from the demand side, the supply of funds and the financing environment of the three gives the specific policy recommendations.
