【摘要】：The Industrial Revolution made a country of British Empire; the application of Electrical Machine made the United States as the strongest country of the world; the Network Economy, which changed social mode of production through the way of resource sharing and information exchanging, enhanced social development and civilized improvement as well as effected all the departments of national economy. This thesis firstly emphasizes on the meaning, the characteristics and the scope definition of Network Economy, and expounds the position of Network Economy at home and aboard of the whole economy as well as its developing tend in future time. Bases on the present situation of Network Economy at home and abroad, selecting the relative core index of Network Economy and market size, through the method of Multivariate Regression to confirm and test the influence that Network Economy to the National Gross Product, after analyzing the influence which was brought by the Network Economy to the economy of our country. Then it can get the conclusion that developing Network Economy could bring active influence to China's economy, and at the same time, this thesis also be instanced some problems and solutions which were existed in the process of developing Network Economy. Through the measure of comparative analysis, we can find the gap between China and the international standards, so as to learn experience about developing Network Economy of developed countries selectively and discuss how to develop Network Economy to enhance the whole economy of our country developed rapidly in the terms of strategic positioning, mode selecting, competitiveness achieving, institution building and improving. It should summarize a mode of interaction which was, on the one hand, fitting for actual condition of China and the requirement of developing economy, and on the other hand, combining traditional service with network industry; speed up the research and development of core technology so as to advance core competition; pay attention to establish the group of talented people; put the safeguard system of developing Cybereconomy into effect.

增強了眾多公司對游戲業(yè)盈利前景的信心，贏得了相當投資者的眼球。加之全國網(wǎng)民數(shù)量已經(jīng)早在2000年的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計中超出2000萬人次，到2009年我國網(wǎng)民數(shù)己達3.38億人次，全國上網(wǎng)普及率高達近26%。逐年高速穩(wěn)步增長的數(shù)據(jù)引領(lǐng)著如今網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟及相關(guān)行業(yè)猶如雨后春筍般涌現(xiàn)出來。盡管發(fā)展步伐快得驚人的網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟尚處于初步發(fā)展階段，后市有著強勁的發(fā)展動力與廣闊的空間。2.2我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及國際水平比較2.2.1我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀談及我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，這里不得忽視其重要載體網(wǎng)絡(luò)業(yè)的發(fā)展，而伴隨計算機與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的不斷完善與發(fā)展，新興的網(wǎng)絡(luò)產(chǎn)業(yè)正逐步成長壯大自從1994年我國接入國際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)(Iniemet)到現(xiàn)在，據(jù)統(tǒng)計，截至2009年月，中國的網(wǎng)站數(shù)，即域名注冊者在中國境內(nèi)的網(wǎng)站數(shù)(包括在境內(nèi)接入和境外接入)達到306萬個，相比較之下比2008年末增長了6.4%，，如圖2.2所示。

第二章我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀另外，2009年上半年，中國網(wǎng)民規(guī)模繼續(xù)維持著快速增長態(tài)勢，達到3.38億人次，網(wǎng)民普及率達到25.5%，如圖2.3所示。與此同時，我國的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)資源增速顯現(xiàn)放緩之勢，其中國際出口帶寬、IP地址數(shù)、網(wǎng)站數(shù)的增速都出現(xiàn)了2007年以來的最低增速。特別是寬帶應(yīng)用，雖然我國的寬帶網(wǎng)民規(guī)模接近3.2億，但要注意的是，這里的寬帶是根據(jù)接入方式，而不是以傳輸速率界定的，并且，這種接入方式下標稱的速率是共享帶寬下的速率，在高峰時段的速度要遠低于標稱速率。相比較之下，盡管我國的寬帶網(wǎng)民規(guī)模巨大，但是我國的寬帶上網(wǎng)環(huán)境要遠遠落后于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)達國家，這與我國網(wǎng)民規(guī)模的增長速度很不相稱，要改變這種局面，就需要考慮繼續(xù)加大互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，通過不斷提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接速度，推進我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)從“寬帶”網(wǎng)絡(luò)向高速網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展。}-一-一一一一-一一一———一—一—一
