【摘要】：正基于自媒體生成的"草根問(wèn)責(zé)",正以勢(shì)不可擋的蔓延之勢(shì)搶占輿論制高點(diǎn)。我們?cè)诳吹狡渫妥饔玫耐瑫r(shí),也要看到其實(shí)踐運(yùn)行中的尷尬與困境。比如,"草根問(wèn)責(zé)"關(guān)注的事件都是最新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)事件,海量的信息報(bào)道和熱點(diǎn)事件的交匯疊加,使得輿論熱點(diǎn)不斷推陳出新。當(dāng)媒體和公眾的視線從一個(gè)事件轉(zhuǎn)向另一個(gè)事件時(shí),"草根問(wèn)責(zé)"推進(jìn)下的公共事件難免成為"斷頭新聞"并無(wú)果而終。如此觀之,今日"草根"們的問(wèn)責(zé)情懷和問(wèn)政熱情,顯然不能僅僅停留在"問(wèn)"的層面。問(wèn)責(zé)的核心,關(guān)鍵就是要"界定責(zé)任"和"追究責(zé)任"。
[Abstract]:Is based on the self-media generated "grass-roots accountability", with the trend of unstoppable spread to seize the commanding heights of public opinion. We should not only see its power and function, but also see the embarrassment and dilemma in its practice. For example, the events concerned by "Grass-Root question" are all the latest network events, the mass of information reports and the intersection of hot-spot events, making the hot spots of public opinion constantly bring forth new ideas. When the media and the public look away from one event to another, the public events promoted by Grass-Root Accountability will inevitably end up being "decapitated news". In this way, today's "grass roots" of accountability and political enthusiasm, obviously, can not just stay in the "ask" level. At the core of accountability, the key is to "define responsibility" and "pursue responsibility".
