IP網(wǎng)演進對通信業(yè)務發(fā)展的影響

【摘要】:基于IP協(xié)議的信令支持成為下一代通信網(wǎng)演進方向,全IP化的4G泛在網(wǎng)演進更有加快之勢。IP通信網(wǎng)的優(yōu)勢體現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)絡建設、運維及業(yè)務開發(fā)方面,其范圍經(jīng)濟性表現(xiàn)為合成效應、內部市場、聯(lián)合生產。首先,基于IP的分組交換網(wǎng)絡的語音、數(shù)據(jù)和多媒體業(yè)務成為基礎通信業(yè)務的發(fā)展主流,VoIP以其絕對優(yōu)勢而替代傳統(tǒng)語音業(yè)務;同時,IP網(wǎng)演進豐富增值業(yè)務類型,縮減其開發(fā)過程及成本,逐年提升其營收,充實其行業(yè)應用,推進移動增值業(yè)務及多媒體業(yè)務發(fā)展,增強傳媒互動性、業(yè)務個性化?傊,IP網(wǎng)演進對通信業(yè)務發(fā)展產生重要影響,營構了良好環(huán)境。最后,給出基于IP網(wǎng)演進影響的運營商發(fā)展策略及監(jiān)管政策啟示。
[Abstract]:The signaling support based on IP protocol has become the direction of the next generation communication network evolution, and the all-IP 4G ubiquitous network evolution has the tendency to accelerate. The advantage of IP communication network lies in network construction, operation and maintenance, and service development. Its scope economy performance is the synthesis effect, the internal market, the joint production. Firstly, the voice, data and multimedia services of packet switching network based on IP become the mainstream of the development of basic communication services. VoIP replaces the traditional voice services with its absolute advantage. At the same time, IP network evolves to enrich the types of value-added services, reduce its development process and cost, increase its revenue year by year, enrich its industry application, promote the development of mobile value-added services and multimedia services, enhance the interaction of media, and individualize the business. In short, the evolution of IP network has an important impact on the development of communication services, and a good environment has been constructed. Finally, the development strategy and regulatory policy inspiration of operators based on the evolution of IP network are given.
