【摘要】：醫(yī)藥行業(yè)是一個(gè)涉及國民健康、社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要行業(yè),自改革開放30多年來,我國醫(yī)藥行業(yè)發(fā)生了翻天覆地、日新月異的變化,綜合實(shí)力顯著提高,逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)藥行業(yè)由大到強(qiáng)的轉(zhuǎn)變。然而,我國醫(yī)藥行業(yè)在取得巨大發(fā)展的同時(shí),市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭也越來越激烈,國外一些醫(yī)藥企業(yè)也紛紛入駐中國,醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭由原來的單一的成本競(jìng)爭、單個(gè)企業(yè)之間競(jìng)爭轉(zhuǎn)變成了在供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)節(jié)的相互比拼。對(duì)于企業(yè)來說,庫存管理是否到位是非常關(guān)鍵的因素,而我國絕大多數(shù)企業(yè)所采用的傳統(tǒng)庫存管理方式或多或少都存在著控制上的缺陷,往往使用的技術(shù)和方法都比較原始,傳統(tǒng)的庫存管理是針對(duì)單個(gè)企業(yè)而言的,不可能站在供應(yīng)鏈的高度來看待問題,這也正是企業(yè)很難在市場(chǎng)中取得較大競(jìng)爭優(yōu)勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵所在,因此必須從供應(yīng)鏈著手進(jìn)行庫存管理的改革,盡量消除目前存在的各種缺陷,努力提高整體管理水平,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)行效率的上升,這正是目前庫存管理研究的核心。 本文以MG醫(yī)藥公司廣西分公司為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)MG醫(yī)藥公司廣西分公司概況進(jìn)行介紹的基礎(chǔ)上,探明了目前MG醫(yī)藥公司廣西分公司庫存管理的現(xiàn)狀,分析了目前MG醫(yī)藥公司廣西分公司庫存管理存在的問題,以及存在問題的原因,為后文提出科學(xué)合理的庫存管理模式奠定基礎(chǔ)。接著,在比較了供應(yīng)商管理庫存模式、聯(lián)合庫存管理模式、協(xié)同式供應(yīng)鏈庫存控制模式三種模式優(yōu)點(diǎn)與缺點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇供應(yīng)商管理庫存模式(VMI)作為MG醫(yī)藥公司廣西分公司庫存管理模式,并且對(duì)MG醫(yī)藥公司廣西分公司庫存管理模式庫存動(dòng)作體系流程進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與梳理。最后,提出MG醫(yī)藥公司廣西分公司庫存管理模式改進(jìn)后的實(shí)施方法。
[Abstract]:The pharmaceutical industry is an important industry involving the health, social stability and economic development of the national. Since the reform and opening-up for more than 30 years, the pharmaceutical industry of our country has changed over the past 30 years, and the comprehensive strength of the medicine industry has been remarkably improved, and the transformation of the medical industry from large to strong is gradually realized. However, at the same time of the great development of the pharmaceutical industry in our country, the market competition is becoming more and more intense, and some of the overseas Chinese medicine enterprises have settled in China, the competition of the pharmaceutical industry is competition from the original single cost, and the competition between the individual enterprises is transformed into the mutual comparison between the supply chain links. For enterprises, whether the inventory management is in place is a very important factor, and the traditional stock management methods adopted by the vast majority of enterprises in China have more or less control defects, and the techniques and methods that are often used are relatively primitive. The traditional inventory management is for a single enterprise, and it is not possible to view the problem in the height of the supply chain, which is the key to the enterprise's difficult to gain a large competitive advantage in the market, so it is necessary to carry out the reform of the inventory management from the supply chain, It is the core of the present inventory management research to eliminate the existing defects, improve the overall management level and finally realize the operation efficiency of the supply chain. Based on the introduction of the general situation of the Guangxi Branch of the MG pharmaceutical company, this paper, on the basis of the introduction of the general situation of the Guangxi Branch of the MG pharmaceutical company, has proved the present situation of the stock management in Guangxi Branch of the current MG pharmaceutical company, and analyzed the existing problems of the stock management in Guangxi Branch of the current MG pharmaceutical company.
