【摘要】：在習(xí)近平總書記,關(guān)于“保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境就是保護(hù)生產(chǎn)力,改善生態(tài)環(huán)境就是發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力�！钡闹匾甘局敢�,DT集團(tuán)整合了全球智力資源,承載發(fā)達(dá)國家先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),在過去五年時(shí)間里深入研究,通過生態(tài)大數(shù)據(jù)為政府、企業(yè)、個(gè)人和金融行業(yè)全方位提供服務(wù),使大家能夠更好的利用自然資本,投資自然資本。并于“2016年生態(tài)文明貴陽國際論壇”期間成立貴州DT生態(tài)文明大數(shù)據(jù)中心有限公司,將其過往研究成果向全新的市場領(lǐng)域轉(zhuǎn)化。無論是產(chǎn)品還是市場都處在創(chuàng)新和開發(fā)階段,所以急需通過戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論來幫助公司進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略選擇。所以本文采用了PEST分析法對貴州DT有限公司所處的宏觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,還通過波特的五力分析法、SWOT分析等戰(zhàn)略分析管理工具,對貴州DT有限公司所處的外部環(huán)境分析,確認(rèn)當(dāng)下外部宏觀政策面對貴州DT這樣的生態(tài)公司而言,都是非常有利的歷史機(jī)遇期,當(dāng)然也因?yàn)槭袌稣幱诟咚侔l(fā)展期,競爭對手有可能大量涌入對公司發(fā)展造成威脅;對內(nèi)部環(huán)境而言,公司所具備的優(yōu)勢和劣勢可以通過有效的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),匹配相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略保障措施,不斷完善公司劣勢。由此通過戰(zhàn)略管理分析工具判別貴州DT有限公司應(yīng)積極應(yīng)用成長型戰(zhàn)略,充分利用外部機(jī)會(huì)和內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢,并不斷應(yīng)用戰(zhàn)略措施通過縱向橫向結(jié)合整合內(nèi)外部資源,選擇密集型戰(zhàn)略快速覆蓋更大區(qū)域的市場;通過一體化戰(zhàn)略擴(kuò)大業(yè)務(wù)范圍;通過一體化橫向發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略快速由生態(tài)大數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)向綠色金融服務(wù)及投資自然資本。根據(jù)上述發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定相應(yīng)的保障措施,為貴州DT有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)現(xiàn),相應(yīng)優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構(gòu)、提升人力資源和管理運(yùn)營能力,完成公司發(fā)展目標(biāo),踐行習(xí)總書記“綠水青山就是金山銀山�！钡恼摂�,為生態(tài)建設(shè)作出引領(lǐng)作用。
[Abstract]:In General Secretary Xi Jinping, "to protect the ecological environment is to protect the productive forces, and to improve the ecological environment is to develop the productive forces." Under the guidance of the important directives of the DT Group, the DT Group has integrated global intellectual resources, bearing the advanced experience of developed countries, studied in depth in the past five years, and provided comprehensive services to governments, enterprises, individuals and the financial industry through ecological big data. So that we can better use natural capital, natural capital investment. During the International Forum on Ecological Civilization in 2016, Guizhou DT Ecological Moo Myoung-Dae data Center Co., Ltd. was established to transform its past research results into a new market area. Both the product and the market are in the stage of innovation and development. Therefore, this paper uses PEST analysis method to analyze the macro environment of Guizhou DT Co., Ltd., and also analyzes the external environment of Guizhou DT Co., Ltd through the strategic analysis management tools such as Porter's five-force analysis method and SWOT analysis. To confirm that the current external macro policy is a very favorable historical opportunity period for ecological companies such as Guizhou DT, but also because the market is in a period of rapid development, the competition may flood into a large number of companies to pose a threat to the development of the company; In terms of internal environment, the advantages and disadvantages of the company can be adjusted through effective development strategy, matching the corresponding strategic safeguard measures, and constantly improving the company's inferiority. Therefore, through strategic management analysis tools, Guizhou DT Co., Ltd. should actively apply growth strategy, make full use of external opportunities and internal advantages, and continuously apply strategic measures to integrate internal and external resources through vertical and horizontal integration. Choosing intensive strategies to quickly cover markets in larger regions; Through the integration strategy to expand the scope of business, through the integration of horizontal development strategy from ecological big data services to green financial services and investment in natural capital. According to the above development strategy, the corresponding safeguard measures are worked out to realize the development strategy of Guizhou DT Co., Ltd., to optimize the organization structure, to enhance the human resources and management and operation ability, and to achieve the company's development goals. Practice General Secretary "Green Water Castle Peak is Jinshan Silver Mountain." The conclusion of this paper is a leading role for ecological construction.
