從漏斗模型看運營商的移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用如何淘金

【摘要】:電信運營商加入移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用競爭,如何才能盈利?根據(jù)移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶發(fā)展的典型階段,提出了"有人來—喜歡用—愿意買"3階段漏斗模型,并以此模型為基礎(chǔ)分析在不同階段中運營商現(xiàn)有做法的問題及建議采取的策略。
[Abstract]:How can telecom operators make profits if they join in the competition of mobile Internet applications? According to the typical stage of mobile Internet users' development, this paper puts forward a three-stage funnel model of "someone comes, likes to use-willing to buy", and based on this model, analyzes the problems of operators' existing practices in different stages and suggests the strategies to be adopted.
