【摘要】：基于國內外對創(chuàng)新型人才概念和素質的研究綜述,通過提煉涉及素質構成的主要要素特征以及分類整理,創(chuàng)新性地構建了創(chuàng)新型人才素質基礎模型,并梳理出各構成要素之間的內在聯(lián)系。隨后,結合對中國移動相關工作人員的調研數(shù)據,對模型進行修正,融入了企業(yè)橫向職能類別和縱向職位層級兩個職業(yè)創(chuàng)新素質成分,最終構成企業(yè)創(chuàng)新型人才素質的立體模型。
[Abstract]:Based on the summarization of the research on the concept and quality of innovative talents at home and abroad, the basic model of innovative talents' quality is constructed innovatively by refining the characteristics of the main elements involved in the composition of the quality and sorting it out. And combing out the internal relationship between the elements. Then, combined with the research data of the related staff of China Mobile, the model is revised, and the horizontal functional category and the vertical position level of the enterprise are incorporated into the two professional innovation quality elements. Finally constitute the enterprise innovative talent quality of the three-dimensional model.
