【摘要】：探討了基于敘詞法進行政府網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息管理的優(yōu)勢;設(shè)計了基于敘詞法的包含有網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息標引、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息關(guān)系建立、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情知識庫構(gòu)建三個過程的政府網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息管理流程模型;提出了基于該流程模型的政府網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息管理的應(yīng)用思路,即基于敘詞法的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情決策支持應(yīng)用應(yīng)包括新網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的標引、檢索網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情知識庫、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情聚類分析、調(diào)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情實例參考方案庫、制定網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情應(yīng)對方案、決策評估等六個步驟。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the advantages of the government network public opinion information management based on the thesaurus, designs the network public opinion information indexing based on the thesaurus method, and establishes the network public opinion information relationship. This paper constructs three processes of government network public opinion information management process model based on network public opinion knowledge base, and puts forward the application thought of government network public opinion information management based on this process model. That is, the application of network public opinion decision support based on thesaurus should include indexing of new network public opinion, retrieval of network public opinion knowledge base, clustering analysis of network public opinion, calling reference scheme base of network public opinion instance, making network public opinion response plan. Decision evaluation and other six steps.
