【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的大環(huán)境下,我國(guó)近幾年的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展走勢(shì)低迷,各行業(yè)都受到嚴(yán)重影響,但高新技術(shù)行業(yè)卻依舊能夠蓬勃發(fā)展,成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的重要推手�？拼笥嶏w公司作為國(guó)家重點(diǎn)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)在語(yǔ)音技術(shù)核心研究上取得了突出成績(jī),公司正在整體高速發(fā)展。即便如此,公司在經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中依舊存在隱藏的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)需要引起公司高層的重視。本文通過(guò)閱讀大量的文獻(xiàn),使用定性與定量分析想結(jié)合的研究方法,將科大訊飛公司置于高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的行業(yè)中,在了解了高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的相關(guān)特點(diǎn)后,再對(duì)公司的財(cái)務(wù)狀況進(jìn)行研究并建立起符合高新技術(shù)企業(yè)自身特點(diǎn)的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警系統(tǒng),并提出了相關(guān)保障措施保證系統(tǒng)的有效運(yùn)行。在科大訊飛公司財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警模型的構(gòu)建中,采用了聚類(lèi)分析法對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行篩選,熵值法確定財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,最后采用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)公司財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)狀況進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),以保證財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警的真實(shí)性、準(zhǔn)確性。最終我們對(duì)科大訊飛公司的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警結(jié)論如下:該公司三年的綜合得分都處在輕警區(qū)間,說(shuō)明目前公司整體財(cái)務(wù)狀況非常穩(wěn)定,但是盈利方面與營(yíng)運(yùn)方面存在一定問(wèn)題,應(yīng)該予以重視。為了排警防警,科大訊飛公司可以加強(qiáng)應(yīng)收款項(xiàng)的收回管理同時(shí)提高利潤(rùn)水平及盈利質(zhì)量。本文通過(guò)對(duì)科大訊飛公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,尋找該公司目前的主要財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)來(lái)源,充分考慮到了該公司的行業(yè)特點(diǎn)為其建立了財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警系統(tǒng),對(duì)科大訊飛公司的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行全面監(jiān)控,幫助科大訊飛管理者發(fā)現(xiàn)潛藏的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),以避免發(fā)生重大財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī),充分保障股權(quán)人和債券人的相關(guān)利益,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,真正的解決了科大訊飛公司在發(fā)展過(guò)程中的后顧之憂(yōu)。
[Abstract]:In the environment of economic system reform, the economic development trend of our country in recent years is low, each profession is seriously affected, but the high and new technology industry can still flourish and become the important promoter of our country's economic system reform. IFLYTEK Corporation, as a national key high-tech enterprise, has made outstanding achievements in the core research of voice technology, and the company is developing at a high speed as a whole. Even so, the company still has hidden financial risks in the process of business needs to attract the attention of the senior management. By reading a large number of documents and using qualitative and quantitative research methods, this paper puts iFLYTEK Company in the industry of high and new technology industry, after understanding the relevant characteristics of high and new technology enterprises. Then the financial situation of the company is studied and the financial risk early warning system which accords with the characteristics of high-tech enterprises is established and the relevant safeguard measures are put forward to ensure the effective operation of the system. In the construction of financial risk early warning model of iFLYTEK Company, cluster analysis method is used to screen the financial index, entropy value method is used to determine the weight of financial index, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the financial risk status of the company. To ensure the authenticity and accuracy of financial risk warning. In the end, we concluded that the financial risk warning of iFLYTEK Company is as follows: the company's comprehensive scores for three years are in a light warning range, indicating that the overall financial situation of the company is very stable at present, but there are certain problems in terms of profitability and operation. It should be taken seriously. To guard against police, iFLYTEK can strengthen collection management of receivables and improve profit level and profit quality. In this paper, through the study of the current operating situation of iFLYTEK Company, we find out the main financial risk sources of iFLYTEK Company, and fully consider the industry characteristics of iFLYTEK Company and set up a financial risk early warning system for iFLYTEK Company. To conduct a comprehensive monitoring of the current financial risk situation of iFLYTEK, to help iFLYTEK managers discover hidden financial risks, to avoid major financial crises, and to fully protect the interests of stockholders and bondholders. Enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, the real solution to iFLYTEK in the development process of worry.
