【摘要】:本文立足于企業(yè)文化的理論研究與企業(yè)文化的實(shí)踐,從企業(yè)文化的定義、企業(yè)文化的作用和企業(yè)文化的實(shí)施三個(gè)方面,論述企業(yè)文化在企業(yè)中對(duì)基于傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)上的企業(yè)管理的修正和補(bǔ)償,試圖探索完善社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下企業(yè)管理的方式和方法,通過(guò)企業(yè)文化建設(shè),降低企業(yè)交易成本,提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率,并通過(guò)對(duì)人的思想觀念的影響,改變?nèi)伺c人之間的純交易關(guān)系,建立相互信任,相互幫助的團(tuán)隊(duì)文化,促進(jìn)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)。同時(shí),通過(guò)聚焦河北移動(dòng)創(chuàng)新文化,基于SWOT分析方法對(duì)河北移動(dòng)創(chuàng)新文化進(jìn)行了研究,分析了河北移動(dòng)創(chuàng)新文化的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件,結(jié)合企業(yè)文化實(shí)施的原則,提出了創(chuàng)新文化制度匹配、創(chuàng)新文化傳播及創(chuàng)新文化氛圍營(yíng)造策略。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical research of corporate culture and the practice of corporate culture, this paper focuses on three aspects: the definition of corporate culture, the role of corporate culture and the implementation of corporate culture. This paper discusses the modification and compensation of enterprise management based on traditional economics in enterprise culture, and attempts to explore the ways and methods of perfecting enterprise management under the socialist market economy system, through the construction of enterprise culture. To reduce the transaction cost and improve the production efficiency of the enterprise, and through the influence on the people's idea, to change the pure transaction relationship between the people, to establish the team culture of mutual trust and help each other, and to promote the construction of the socialist harmonious society. At the same time, by focusing on Hebei mobile innovation culture, based on SWOT analysis method, this paper studies Hebei mobile innovation culture, analyzes the external environment and internal conditions of Hebei mobile innovation culture, and combines the principles of enterprise culture implementation. This paper puts forward the strategies of innovating culture system matching, innovating culture spreading and innovating culture atmosphere.
