非交易類虛擬社區(qū)知識(shí)共享績效評(píng)估

【摘要】:伴隨著信息技術(shù)的迅速崛起,虛擬社區(qū)得到了飛速發(fā)展,逐漸成為用戶參與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)活動(dòng)的主要形式。而近幾年取得快速發(fā)展的非交易類虛擬社區(qū),也開始對(duì)人們的生活和工作產(chǎn)生重要影響。 本文針對(duì)參與非交易類虛擬社區(qū)的成員為研究對(duì)象,在國內(nèi)外已有虛擬社區(qū)和知識(shí)共享理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了非交易類虛擬社區(qū)知識(shí)共享影響因素理論模型,并建立了知識(shí)共享績效評(píng)價(jià)體系。本文采用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件SPSS17.0和AMOS18.0對(duì)收集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,其中應(yīng)用SPSS對(duì)收集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、量表信度和效度分析、相關(guān)性分析,應(yīng)用AMOS對(duì)理論模型和研究假設(shè)進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)。研究表明:在個(gè)人維度中,感知自我效能對(duì)知識(shí)共享有直接的、顯著的正向影響;在環(huán)境維度中,歸屬感和信任對(duì)知識(shí)共享有直接的、顯著的正向影響;在社區(qū)維度中,網(wǎng)站安全性和知識(shí)相似性對(duì)知識(shí)共享有直接的、顯著的正向影響。 根據(jù)AMOS18.0的研究結(jié)論,本文建立了最終的非交易類虛擬社區(qū)知識(shí)共享績效評(píng)價(jià)體系,并對(duì)非交易類虛擬社區(qū)知識(shí)共享績效進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)果表明:在本研究中,多數(shù)非交易類虛擬社區(qū)知識(shí)共享水平尚處于較低的階段,有很高的發(fā)展?jié)摿?同時(shí)現(xiàn)階段知識(shí)共享水平的提高將會(huì)極大地促進(jìn)非交易類虛擬社區(qū)的發(fā)展。 在此基礎(chǔ)上本文設(shè)計(jì)了控制變量對(duì)不同非交易類虛擬社區(qū)類型、成員不同參與形式進(jìn)行了分類研究。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)在不同非交易類虛擬社區(qū)類型中,知識(shí)共享績效并沒有顯著的差別。根據(jù)知識(shí)共享績效得分顯示,幻想社區(qū)得分略高于關(guān)系社區(qū),關(guān)系社區(qū)得分略高于興趣社區(qū),但幻想社區(qū)的知識(shí)共享質(zhì)量低于關(guān)系社區(qū)和興趣社區(qū)。(2)針對(duì)成員不同的參與形式,知識(shí)共享績效有顯著的差別,在各項(xiàng)因素得分中,主動(dòng)發(fā)起話題的參與者都顯著高于其他參與者,是虛擬社區(qū)知識(shí)共享的主要建設(shè)者。
[Abstract]:With the rapid rise of information technology, virtual community has been developed rapidly, and gradually become the main form of users participating in Internet activities. In recent years, the rapid development of non-transactional virtual communities has also begun to have an important impact on people's lives and work. Based on the research of virtual community and knowledge sharing theory at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a theoretical model of influencing factors of knowledge sharing in non-transaction virtual community. The performance evaluation system of knowledge sharing is established. The data collected were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 and Amos 18.0. The data collected were analyzed by SPSS, reliability and validity of the scale, and correlation analysis. Amos is used to test the theoretical model and research hypothesis. The results show that perceived self-efficacy has a direct and significant positive impact on knowledge sharing in the individual dimension; in the environmental dimension, it has a direct and significant positive impact on knowledge sharing; in the community dimension, it has a direct and significant positive impact on knowledge sharing. Website security and knowledge similarity have direct and significant positive effects on knowledge sharing. According to the conclusion of AMOS18.0, this paper establishes the final performance evaluation system of knowledge sharing in non-transactional virtual communities, and evaluates the performance of knowledge sharing in non-transactional virtual communities. The results show that: in this study, The level of knowledge sharing in most non-tradable virtual communities is still at a low stage, which has a high potential for development. At the same time, the improvement of knowledge sharing level at this stage will greatly promote the development of non-transactional virtual communities. On this basis, the control variables are designed to classify different types of non-transactional virtual communities and different participation forms of members. The results show that: (1) there is no significant difference in the performance of knowledge sharing among different types of non-transactional virtual communities. According to the performance score of knowledge sharing, fantasy community scored slightly higher than relational community, and relational community scored slightly higher than interest community, but the quality of knowledge sharing in fantasy community was lower than that in relationship community and interest community. There are significant differences in the performance of knowledge sharing. Among the factors, the participants who initiate the topic actively are significantly higher than the other participants, so they are the main builders of knowledge sharing in virtual community.
