基于云平臺(tái)的職業(yè)院校特色數(shù)字資源建設(shè)研究與實(shí)踐

【摘要】:隨著科技類(lèi)各種應(yīng)用在教育行業(yè)集成度的不斷完善,各種移動(dòng)辦公應(yīng)用在高校中的普及,為職業(yè)類(lèi)院校各領(lǐng)域數(shù)字資源的使用、發(fā)展和前進(jìn)提供巨大推動(dòng)力,與此同時(shí)在數(shù)字資源管理與之前相比提出了新的、更高的要求。傳統(tǒng)的院校IT設(shè)計(jì)架構(gòu)大多都有信息化成本過(guò)高,以及在技術(shù)層架構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)上無(wú)法突破高擴(kuò)展性等問(wèn)題,這些逐步成為數(shù)字資源前行的瓶頸。為了解決這些現(xiàn)有問(wèn)題,采用定制個(gè)性化、模塊化的各類(lèi)應(yīng)用在局部應(yīng)用中解決了一些問(wèn)題,但是這種應(yīng)用在本質(zhì)上并沒(méi)有太大不同,這種所為了更新現(xiàn)有軟件、硬件系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)而做的改變,造成的結(jié)果是管理方面的成本大幅增加,在這種革新下管理質(zhì)量并未提高、改變信息化硬件設(shè)備利用率低等問(wèn)題。本文主要利用文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較分析法、網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查法等不同研究方法,對(duì)電子資料、云平臺(tái)、云計(jì)算、數(shù)字信息資源等關(guān)鍵字進(jìn)行檢索,在搜集大量參考文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)云平臺(tái)技術(shù)下,對(duì)職業(yè)院校數(shù)字信息資源進(jìn)行了分析研究,在尋找新研究方向,新出發(fā)點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,深入細(xì)致分析了云平臺(tái)建立體系下,數(shù)字化資源的發(fā)展情況、特點(diǎn)、相互間關(guān)系等。在分析了現(xiàn)階段院校數(shù)字化資源使用情況后,強(qiáng)調(diào)了職業(yè)院校管理中,引入云平臺(tái)數(shù)字化資源的必要性。利用分析比較的方式,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外職業(yè)院校中,數(shù)字化資源使用進(jìn)行了比較分析,在研究我國(guó)數(shù)字化資源使用,信息技術(shù)發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了全新的基于云平臺(tái)技術(shù),優(yōu)化了數(shù)字化資源體系效能的發(fā)揮,建立了數(shù)字化資源共享平臺(tái),有針對(duì)性提出了職業(yè)院校,云平臺(tái)技術(shù)下,數(shù)字化信息資源系統(tǒng)建設(shè)思路。論文提出,云平臺(tái)改變了當(dāng)前職業(yè)院校傳統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)資源僵化的局面,使其不斷走向規(guī)模化、集約化、聯(lián)盟化。云平臺(tái)技術(shù)的數(shù)字化服務(wù),不僅滿(mǎn)足個(gè)性化需求,更新特色數(shù)字資源服務(wù)模式,其還能將體驗(yàn)服務(wù)為基礎(chǔ)。為特色數(shù)字資源系統(tǒng)提供發(fā)展空間,在強(qiáng)調(diào)服務(wù)理念創(chuàng)新基礎(chǔ)上,促進(jìn)數(shù)字化資源功能性目標(biāo)的使用;谠朴(jì)算技術(shù)發(fā)展而來(lái)的數(shù)字資源云平臺(tái),強(qiáng)調(diào)了終端設(shè)備使用功能的實(shí)現(xiàn),及為職業(yè)院校提供簡(jiǎn)單操作系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,獲得服務(wù)、信息。數(shù)字化信心庫(kù)的建立,利用了其優(yōu)勢(shì),打破時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)限制,強(qiáng)調(diào)了信息服務(wù)的開(kāi)展。未來(lái)數(shù)字資源是職業(yè)學(xué)校發(fā)展的必然選擇,同時(shí)教學(xué)環(huán)境不斷變化的背景下,職業(yè)學(xué)院經(jīng)歷了分眾化等個(gè)不同階段。數(shù)字資源環(huán)境中,其基本的互動(dòng)性、個(gè)性化功能不僅迎合了教育改革需求,更符合了教育目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the integration of various applications of science and technology in the education industry, the popularity of various mobile office applications in colleges and universities provides a huge impetus for the use, development and advancement of digital resources in various fields of vocational colleges. At the same time, the management of digital resources compared with the previous put forward new, higher requirements. Most of the traditional IT design frameworks in colleges and universities have the problems of too high information cost and the inability to break through the high expansibility on the basis of the technical structure. These problems have gradually become the bottleneck of digital resources. In order to solve these existing problems, some problems have been solved in local applications with custom personalization and modularization, but this kind of application is not very different in nature, this kind of application is to update the existing software. The result of the change of hardware system architecture is that the cost of management is greatly increased, the quality of management has not been improved under this innovation, and the low utilization rate of information hardware equipment has been changed. This article mainly uses the literature research method, the comparative analysis method, the network investigation method and so on different research method, carries on the retrieval to the electronic data, the cloud platform, the cloud computing, the digital information resources and so on keyword, on the basis of collecting a large number of references. In view of cloud platform technology, this paper analyzes and studies the digital information resources of vocational colleges and universities. On the basis of searching for new research direction and new starting point, the development and characteristics of digital resources under the cloud platform system are analyzed in detail. A relationship, etc. After analyzing the use of digital resources in colleges and universities at the present stage, the necessity of introducing digital resources on cloud platform in the management of vocational colleges is emphasized. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the use of digital resources in vocational colleges and universities at home and abroad by means of analysis and comparison. On the basis of studying the development of digital resources and information technology in China, a new technology based on cloud platform is constructed. This paper optimizes the efficiency of the digital resource system, establishes the digital resource sharing platform, and puts forward the idea of constructing the digital information resource system under the technology of vocational college and cloud platform. The paper puts forward that the cloud platform has changed the current situation of the traditional learning resources of vocational colleges and universities, and made them move to scale, intensive and alliance. The digital service of cloud platform technology can not only meet the needs of individuation, update the service mode of characteristic digital resources, but also base on the experience service. This paper provides the development space for the characteristic digital resource system and promotes the use of the functional goal of the digital resource on the basis of emphasizing the innovation of the service idea. Based on the development of cloud computing technology, the digital resource cloud platform emphasizes the realization of terminal equipment usage function and the provision of simple operating system for vocational colleges to obtain services and information. The establishment of digital confidence bank makes use of its advantages to break down time and place constraints and emphasize the development of information service. In the future, digital resources are the inevitable choice for the development of vocational schools. At the same time, under the background of constantly changing teaching environment, vocational colleges go through different stages such as diversification. In the environment of digital resources, its basic interactive and individualized functions not only meet the needs of educational reform, but also meet the educational goals.
