基于復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)的虛擬社區(qū)知識(shí)傳播模型研究

【摘要】:由于計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)用戶的需求不單單局限于追求個(gè)人體驗(yàn),更是將更多的注意力放到知識(shí)的共享和交流之上。自此,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)出現(xiàn)了新型社區(qū)——虛擬社區(qū)。虛擬社區(qū)的跨時(shí)空特性、互動(dòng)性、開放性以及自治性等特點(diǎn)日益得到用戶的喜愛和業(yè)界的看好。 本文以復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)為視角,探討了虛擬社區(qū)知識(shí)傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成過程。本文首先對(duì)虛擬社區(qū)知識(shí)傳播過程的影響因素進(jìn)行研究,提出了虛擬社區(qū)知識(shí)傳播模型,即人際傳播模型和人機(jī)傳播模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,借助Netlogo仿真平臺(tái)模擬了在不同條件下虛擬社區(qū)知識(shí)傳播過程網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成過程。通過對(duì)仿真結(jié)果分析,本研究發(fā)現(xiàn): (1)識(shí)別了網(wǎng)絡(luò)中傳播次數(shù)最多的節(jié)點(diǎn)是虛擬社區(qū)知識(shí)傳播的關(guān)鍵傳播者; (2)驗(yàn)證了虛擬社區(qū)知識(shí)傳播過程的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)在一定程度上存在“馬太效應(yīng)”; (3)發(fā)現(xiàn)了影響虛擬社區(qū)知識(shí)傳播速度的四個(gè)條件,即節(jié)點(diǎn)個(gè)數(shù)、知識(shí)接受者學(xué)習(xí)吸收系數(shù)、知識(shí)傳播者的自我增長(zhǎng)系數(shù)以及知識(shí)水平的差距。在某種程度上,增加節(jié)點(diǎn)個(gè)數(shù),增大知識(shí)接受者學(xué)習(xí)吸收系數(shù)、知識(shí)傳播者的自我增長(zhǎng)系數(shù)以及社區(qū)水平的差距,會(huì)加速虛擬社區(qū)知識(shí)傳播速度,從而加快虛擬社區(qū)知識(shí)傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成。 本研究的理論意義在于不僅提供了一個(gè)全新的研究視角以探索虛擬社區(qū)中知識(shí)共享的微觀機(jī)理,能夠從更高層次上深化和擴(kuò)展當(dāng)前知識(shí)共享理論和虛擬社區(qū)管理理論,深化和擴(kuò)展了知識(shí)傳播理論的研究工作;實(shí)踐意義在于通過探尋虛擬社區(qū)知識(shí)傳播速度的影響條件,為研究如何提高虛擬社區(qū)的知識(shí)共享效率提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology, network technology and communication technology, the Internet has been widely used. The needs of Internet users are not limited to the pursuit of personal experience, but also focus more attention on knowledge sharing and communication. Since then, the Internet has emerged a new type of community-virtual community. The cross-temporal, interactive, open and autonomous characteristics of the virtual community are increasingly popular with the users and the industry. From the perspective of complex network, this paper discusses the forming process of knowledge dissemination network in virtual community. In this paper, the factors influencing the process of knowledge communication in virtual communities are studied, and the models of knowledge communication in virtual communities, namely interpersonal communication model and human-computer communication model, are put forward. On this basis, the forming process of knowledge transmission process network in virtual community under different conditions is simulated by using Netlogo simulation platform. By analyzing the simulation results, it is found that: (1) the node with the highest number of times in the network is identified as the key communicator of knowledge transmission in the virtual community; 2) verify the existence of "Matthew effect" in the key nodes in the process of knowledge dissemination in virtual community; 3) four conditions affecting the speed of knowledge transmission in virtual community are found, namely, the number of nodes, the learning absorption coefficient of the knowledge receiver, the self-growth coefficient of the knowledge communicator and the disparity of knowledge level. To some extent, increasing the number of nodes, increasing the learning absorption coefficient of knowledge receivers, the self-growth coefficient of knowledge communicators and the disparity at community level will accelerate the speed of knowledge transmission in virtual communities. In order to speed up the formation of virtual community knowledge dissemination network. The theoretical significance of this study is that it not only provides a new research perspective to explore the micro mechanism of knowledge sharing in virtual communities, but also can deepen and expand the current knowledge sharing theory and virtual community management theory at a higher level. It deepens and expands the research work of knowledge dissemination theory, and the practical significance lies in the research on how to improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing in virtual communities by exploring the influence conditions of the speed of knowledge transmission in virtual communities.
