【摘要】：以科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目資助與組織管理為研究視角,通過(guò)對(duì)中美兩大科學(xué)基金機(jī)構(gòu)NSF與NSFC門戶網(wǎng)站信息公開實(shí)踐進(jìn)行比較與評(píng)價(jià),從而歸納和總結(jié)目前NSF與NSFC的信息公開實(shí)踐狀況。結(jié)果表明:NSF信息公開實(shí)踐的總得分要高于NSFC;NSF同時(shí)兼顧項(xiàng)目資助與組織管理兩方面的信息公開,而NSFC則傾向于更多地公開項(xiàng)目資助方面的有關(guān)信息;NSF與NSFC除了在信息公開內(nèi)容維度上存在顯著差異以外,在其他幾個(gè)維度上均不存在顯著差異,這也反映出NSFC信息公開的實(shí)踐狀況較好。根據(jù)上述分析,提出了科學(xué)基金信息公開實(shí)踐的政策建議以供相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)及其人員參閱。
[Abstract]:By comparing and evaluating the information disclosure practice of the two major scientific fund institutions of China and the United States, NSF and NSFC portal website, the information disclosure practice of NSF and NSFC is summarized and evaluated. The results show that the total score of the NSF information public practice is higher than that of NSFC; NSF is also taken into account at the same time. The information of two aspects of project funding and organization management is open, while NSFC tends to open up more information about project funding; NSF and NSFC have no significant differences in the other dimensions except for the significant differences in the content dimension of the information, which also reflects the good practice of the NSFC information disclosure. The above analysis puts forward policy proposals for the practice of information disclosure of Science Fund for reference by relevant institutions and their personnel.
