【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術的快速發(fā)展與普及以及"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"戰(zhàn)略的實施,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術對農(nóng)業(yè)的影響日益凸顯,如何利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術提高農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境效率、實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展是亟待解決的現(xiàn)實問題。文章首先從技術效應和環(huán)境效應兩個維度分析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術對農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境效率的作用機理,然后基于非徑向方向距離函數(shù),對中國省域的農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境效率進行了測度,采用Bootstrap方法分析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術普及對農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境效率的影響。研究結果表明,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術普及對農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境效率產(chǎn)生了顯著的影響,在諸多影響因素中,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術普及對農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境效率具有較大促進作用,已成為推動農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境效率提升的新引擎;不同區(qū)域的農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境效率差異較大,效率值高的地區(qū)與效率值低的地區(qū)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術普及與應用中的側重點不同。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and popularization of Internet technology and the implementation of the "Internet" strategy, the impact of Internet technology on agriculture has become increasingly prominent. To realize the sustainable development of agriculture is a practical problem to be solved urgently. This paper first analyzes the mechanism of the effect of Internet technology on agricultural environmental efficiency from the two dimensions of technological effect and environmental effect, and then measures the agricultural environmental efficiency of China province based on the non-radial directional distance function. The influence of the popularization of Internet technology on agricultural environmental efficiency was analyzed by Bootstrap method. The results show that the popularization of Internet technology has a significant impact on the agricultural environmental efficiency. It has become a new engine to promote the agricultural environmental efficiency, the agricultural environmental efficiency in different regions is different, and the areas with high efficiency value and low efficiency value have different emphasis in the popularization and application of Internet technology.
