【摘要】：營業(yè)網(wǎng)點是移動運營商的核心資源,是服務客戶、創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟效益的主要平臺。營業(yè)網(wǎng)點的效率是移動運營商效益的生命線,已成為衡量移動運營商可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的重要指標。該文研究了移動運營商營業(yè)網(wǎng)點效率方面存在的問題,建立了評價營業(yè)網(wǎng)點效率的DEA模型與方法,分析比較各營業(yè)網(wǎng)點的效率,指出優(yōu)化網(wǎng)點效率的目標與方向并提出對策建議。
[Abstract]:Business network is the core resources of mobile operators, is the main platform to service customers and create economic benefits. The efficiency of business network is the lifeline of the benefit of mobile operators, and has become an important index to measure the ability of sustainable development of mobile operators. This paper studies the problems existing in the efficiency of business outlets of mobile operators, establishes a DEA model and method for evaluating the efficiency of business outlets, and analyzes and compares the efficiency of business outlets. The aim and direction of optimizing network efficiency are pointed out and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
