【摘要】：本課題來源于中國移動上海公司工作需要，在上海公司崇明分公司工作期間，一個新的信息營業(yè)廳現(xiàn)場管理系統(tǒng)的需要進行推廣，并且需要在有效推廣的基礎(chǔ)上節(jié)約時間和成本：因此本文主要研究目的是尋找適合上海移動有限公司崇明分公司的信息系統(tǒng)推廣的有效管理方法，可以高效、簡便的完成信息系統(tǒng)的推廣項目。 本文深入研究IT服務(wù)管理在進行系統(tǒng)推廣項目過程中的作用以及探討應(yīng)用IT服務(wù)管理進行系統(tǒng)推廣項目的工作方法，主要做了以下幾個方面的工作： 1.為在系統(tǒng)推廣過程中成功引入IT服務(wù)管理模式，提出IT服務(wù)管理在系統(tǒng)推廣中的應(yīng)用框架。 2.給出基于已有的IT服務(wù)實施方法基礎(chǔ)上的，系統(tǒng)推廣的IT服務(wù)管理實施方法論。 3.研究了應(yīng)用框架中組織設(shè)計和流程設(shè)計的具體實現(xiàn)，完成模型的組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計以及主要流程設(shè)計。 4.研究了在IT服務(wù)管理軟件BMC平臺上，，具體實施IT服務(wù)管理在崇明移動分公司信息系統(tǒng)的推廣工作。 根據(jù)推廣結(jié)果展示IT服務(wù)管理可以應(yīng)用在信息系統(tǒng)的推廣工作中，并且開拓了IT服務(wù)管理的應(yīng)用方向。
[Abstract]:This topic comes from the work needs of China Mobile Shanghai Company. During the working period of Chongming Branch of Shanghai Company, the needs of a new on-site management system in the information business hall were popularized. And we need to save time and cost on the basis of effective promotion. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to find an effective management method for the promotion of information system in Chongming Branch of Shanghai Mobile Co., Ltd., which can be highly efficient. Easy to complete the information system promotion project. This paper deeply studies the role of IT service management in the process of system extension project and discusses the working methods of applying IT service management to the system promotion project. The main work is as follows: 1. In order to successfully introduce IT service management mode in the process of system popularization, the application framework of IT service management in system popularization is proposed. 2. The implementation methodology of IT service management based on the existing IT service implementation methods is presented. 3. The implementation of the organization design and process design in the application framework is studied, and the organizational structure design and the main process design of the model are completed. 4. The promotion of IT service management in the information system of Chongming Mobile Company is studied on the platform of IT service management software BMC. The results show that IT service management can be applied to the promotion of information system, and the application direction of IT service management is explored.
