【摘要】：無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)日常優(yōu)化是無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化中常態(tài)化的部分工作,無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)涉及設(shè)備多,基站調(diào)整多,受環(huán)境影響大,為了確保網(wǎng)絡(luò)處于最佳的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)質(zhì)量的長期穩(wěn)定與提高,需要通過循環(huán)往復(fù)的閉環(huán)處理的日常優(yōu)化流程,通過持續(xù)性的優(yōu)化過程,不斷提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)質(zhì)量。 無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)日常優(yōu)化是在保證設(shè)備參數(shù)和基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確的前提下,通過對網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能的監(jiān)控、日常保障性測試、投訴分析發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)問題,持續(xù)提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)質(zhì)量。 現(xiàn)有的無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)日常優(yōu)化流程是廣東聯(lián)通根據(jù)中國聯(lián)通集團(tuán)公司相關(guān)制度要求制定的本地?zé)o線網(wǎng)絡(luò)日常優(yōu)化實(shí)施細(xì)則,并在持續(xù)性優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)中進(jìn)行了信息化呈現(xiàn),該流程規(guī)范了無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)日常優(yōu)化操作,有利于提升無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)日常優(yōu)化質(zhì)量和效率,但在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中存在較多問題,推廣實(shí)施效果沒有完全達(dá)到實(shí)施目的。 本文梳理了現(xiàn)有流程,采用流程診斷工具ASME表格和“一般問題診斷表”分析流程中存在的問題,通過流程優(yōu)化的ESEIA表格提出優(yōu)化方案,并征求各地市分公司意見,形成符合無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)日常優(yōu)化工作需求的流程,真正做到提升無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)日常優(yōu)化質(zhì)量和效率。 本文結(jié)合信息化手段,對無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)日常優(yōu)化流程在持續(xù)性優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)上的難點(diǎn)問題提出了可行的解決方案,極大地減少了人力耗費(fèi),提升了工作效率。 本文著重對實(shí)施過程中所應(yīng)用的流程診斷和優(yōu)化方法作出總結(jié),為今后開展的同類流程優(yōu)化工作提供參考。
[Abstract]:The daily optimization of wireless network is a regular part of the wireless network optimization. Wireless network involves more equipment, more base station adjustment, and is greatly affected by the environment, in order to ensure that the network is in the best running state. In order to realize the long-term stability and improvement of network quality, it is necessary to improve the network quality through the daily optimization process of loop processing and continuous optimization process. Wireless network daily optimization is to ensure the accuracy of equipment parameters and basic data, through the monitoring of network performance, daily supportability testing, complaint analysis to find and solve network problems, and continue to improve the quality of the network. The current daily optimization flow of wireless network is the implementation rules of daily optimization of local wireless network formulated by Guangdong Unicom according to the relevant system requirements of China Unicom Corporation, and the information is presented in the continuous optimization system. This process standardizes the daily optimization operation of wireless network, which is helpful to improve the quality and efficiency of wireless network daily optimization. However, there are many problems in practical application, and the effect of popularization and implementation has not completely achieved the purpose of implementation. This article combs the existing flow, uses the process diagnosis tool ASME form and the "general problem diagnosis table" to analyze the existing problems in the process, through the process optimization of the ESEIA form to put forward the optimization plan, and to seek the opinions of local and municipal branches. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of daily optimization of wireless network, the process of daily optimization of wireless network is formed. Based on the information technology, this paper puts forward a feasible solution to the difficult problems in the realization of the continuous optimization system in the daily optimization process of wireless network, which greatly reduces the manpower consumption and improves the working efficiency. In this paper, the process diagnosis and optimization methods used in the process of implementation are summarized, which provides a reference for the similar process optimization work to be carried out in the future.
