【摘要】：本文探討了網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)名制下的用戶認(rèn)證機(jī)制這一核心問(wèn)題;基于多級(jí)注冊(cè)機(jī)制,就用戶識(shí)別碼管理和用戶信用度管理模式等內(nèi)容,提出了多識(shí)別碼的用戶信用度管理模式;并據(jù)此提出了重新構(gòu)建網(wǎng)站信息發(fā)布架構(gòu)體系的設(shè)想。為克服被長(zhǎng)期困擾的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息判讀問(wèn)題,提出了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息監(jiān)督員機(jī)制的自主管理策略,該機(jī)制以用戶信用度為基礎(chǔ),無(wú)須額外投入,同時(shí)又體現(xiàn)了發(fā)動(dòng)廣大網(wǎng)眾參與網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理的平等性與公平性。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the core problem of user authentication mechanism under the real name system of network, and puts forward the user credit management mode of multi-identification code based on the multi-level registration mechanism and the management mode of user identification code and user credit degree. According to this, the paper puts forward the idea of reconstructing website information publishing architecture system. In order to overcome the problem of network information interpretation, an independent management strategy based on network information supervisor mechanism is put forward, which is based on user credit, without additional input. At the same time, it also embodies the equality and fairness of mobilizing the broad network masses to participate in network governance.
