【摘要】：認(rèn)知盈余時(shí)代下海量的信息讓用戶在難以抉擇的同時(shí)產(chǎn)生了知識焦慮,致力于消除用戶知識焦慮癥狀的知識付費(fèi)平臺因瞄準(zhǔn)用戶自我提升需求而受到用戶和資本的高度關(guān)注。本文通過梳理線上知識付費(fèi)的崛起與演化,分析了知識付費(fèi)的主要內(nèi)容類型,以明確其興起的外部動因和內(nèi)部訴求,并從價(jià)值指向、內(nèi)容構(gòu)造和媒介服務(wù)三個(gè)層面進(jìn)一步剖析了知識付費(fèi)的形態(tài)架構(gòu)及特征。未來知識付費(fèi)平臺的發(fā)展關(guān)鍵在于借助于技術(shù)升級和服務(wù)改善,努力造就內(nèi)容、社交與場景的三位一體的服務(wù)模式,通過頭部資源引流和扶持尾部資源構(gòu)建多元化知識付費(fèi)內(nèi)容,以此來帶動知識付費(fèi)市場的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the era of cognitive surplus, huge amounts of information make it difficult for users to choose and at the same time produce knowledge anxiety. The knowledge payment platform, which is dedicated to eliminating the symptoms of users' knowledge anxiety, is highly concerned by users and capital for aiming at users' self-improvement needs. By combing the rise and evolution of online knowledge payment, this paper analyzes the main content types of knowledge payment, in order to clarify its external motivation and internal demand, and from the value direction, The structure and characteristics of knowledge payment are further analyzed at three levels: content structure and media service. The key to the future development of the knowledge-paying platform lies in the trinity of content, social and scene, with the help of technological upgrading and service improvement. In order to promote the healthy development of the knowledge paying market, the head resource drains and supports the tail resources to construct the diversified knowledge paying content.
