【摘要】:視頻網(wǎng)站是近幾年得以迅速發(fā)展的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)服務(wù),成為炙手可熱的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用之一,它們?yōu)橛脩籼峁┝烁鞣N各樣的視頻服務(wù),研究表明,未來4年,中國(guó)將有7億人觀看網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻,凸顯了巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿?中國(guó)視頻網(wǎng)站市場(chǎng)正在飛速發(fā)展,但是企業(yè)盈利面臨著的層見迭出的挑戰(zhàn)和困難,作為新媒體的產(chǎn)物,視頻網(wǎng)站不斷的在蛻變自己,在復(fù)雜的問題和困境面前,視頻網(wǎng)站運(yùn)營(yíng)商用頑強(qiáng)的生命力戰(zhàn)勝各種坎坷,積極地應(yīng)對(duì)各種各樣的困難。可是目前,視頻網(wǎng)站巨大運(yùn)營(yíng)成本的投入,缺乏有力的盈利模式,內(nèi)容雷同和粗糙降低用戶粘性,寬帶成本高,昂貴的版權(quán)費(fèi)等問題,并且,視頻網(wǎng)站紛紛在版權(quán)、用戶體驗(yàn)、廣告、內(nèi)容等方面展開激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。不管從任何角度出發(fā),中國(guó)視頻網(wǎng)站的發(fā)展都無法回避一個(gè)本質(zhì)的問題,那就是企業(yè)價(jià)值和顧客價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn),這是一個(gè)企業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展的基石。本文試圖通過對(duì)目前我國(guó)主要視頻網(wǎng)站的分析,以價(jià)值網(wǎng)理論為依據(jù),從價(jià)值網(wǎng)的視角,對(duì)視頻網(wǎng)站價(jià)值創(chuàng)造的過程進(jìn)行分析,明確產(chǎn)生價(jià)值增值的原因和環(huán)節(jié),并要求企業(yè)建立相應(yīng)的價(jià)值網(wǎng)商業(yè)模式,去獲取應(yīng)有的價(jià)值,提升視頻網(wǎng)站的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,以適應(yīng)多變的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,獲得更多的用戶和市場(chǎng)發(fā)展空間,滿足社會(huì)日益增長(zhǎng)的信息化需求,我國(guó)的視頻網(wǎng)站需要從商業(yè)模式的各方面做出戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整,視頻網(wǎng)站價(jià)值網(wǎng)商業(yè)模式研究對(duì)推動(dòng)我國(guó)視頻網(wǎng)站的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義,從而打造立體、開放的視頻網(wǎng)站生態(tài),與各界伙伴合作共贏。本文在結(jié)構(gòu)上主要分為四部分對(duì)視頻網(wǎng)站的價(jià)值網(wǎng)商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行研究:第一是國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)視頻網(wǎng)站商業(yè)模式的研究成果,提出要研究的問題和結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)視頻網(wǎng)站的概念、分類和發(fā)展歷史進(jìn)行總結(jié);第二是對(duì)價(jià)值網(wǎng)理論以及分析框架進(jìn)行描述;第三,在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文借助價(jià)值網(wǎng)理論對(duì)視頻網(wǎng)站的價(jià)值主張,結(jié)構(gòu)元素和地位進(jìn)行闡述并分析得出視頻網(wǎng)站的價(jià)值網(wǎng)商業(yè)模式,從而得出視頻網(wǎng)站價(jià)值的創(chuàng)造過程,有效捕捉到視頻網(wǎng)站價(jià)值網(wǎng)商業(yè)模式的運(yùn)行機(jī)制,通過不斷的提高資源整合能力,形成多元化的盈利模式;最后,總結(jié)出視頻網(wǎng)站在價(jià)值網(wǎng)下商業(yè)模式發(fā)展的新趨勢(shì),對(duì)提升視頻網(wǎng)站商業(yè)模式適應(yīng)性具有重要指導(dǎo)和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:Video websites are one of the most popular Internet applications in recent years. They provide users with a variety of video services. Research shows that, in the next four years,There will be 700 million people watching online video in China, which highlights the great potential for development. The Chinese video website market is developing rapidly, but the emerging challenges and difficulties of corporate profits are emerging as a product of new media.Video website is constantly changing itself, in the face of complex problems and difficulties, video site operation business tenacious vitality to overcome all kinds of obstacles, actively deal with various difficulties.However, at present, the huge operating costs of video websites, the lack of a strong profit model, the similarity and roughness of content to reduce user stickiness, the high cost of broadband, the expensive royalties, and so on. Moreover, video websites have one after another in copyright, user experience, and so on.Advertising, content and other aspects of fierce competition.No matter from any point of view, the development of Chinese video websites can not avoid an essential problem, that is, the realization of enterprise value and customer value, which is the cornerstone of the vigorous development of an enterprise.Based on the theory of value net, this paper attempts to analyze the process of value creation of video website from the perspective of value net, and make clear the reasons and links of the value added, through the analysis of the main video websites in our country at present, and based on the theory of value net, this paper analyzes the process of value creation of video website.It also requires the enterprise to establish the corresponding value net business model, to obtain the due value, to enhance the competitiveness of the video website, to adapt to the changing market environment, and to obtain more users and market development space.To meet the increasing information needs of the society, the video websites in China need to make strategic adjustments from various aspects of the business model. The research on the commercial model of the video website value net is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of the video website in China.So as to create a three-dimensional, open video site ecology, and partners from all walks of life win-win cooperation.The structure of this paper is divided into four parts: first, the domestic and foreign research results of the video website business model, put forward the problems and structure to be studied, the concept of video website.Classification and history of development are summarized; the second is to describe the theory of value net and the analysis framework; third, based on the theory of value net, this paper makes use of the theory of value net to advocate the value of video website.The structure element and position are expounded and the commercial model of value net of video website is analyzed, and the process of creating value of video website is obtained, and the running mechanism of commercial mode of value net of video website is captured effectively.Through the continuous improvement of the ability of resource integration to form a diversified profit model. Finally, this paper summarizes the new trend of the development of the video website under the value net business model, which has important guidance and practical significance to enhance the adaptability of the video website business model.
