4G新競爭形勢前杭州移動(dòng)渠道建設(shè)策略研究

【摘要】:近年來隨著各國各大運(yùn)營商們均紛紛加速4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)的部署,中國也在緊鑼密鼓的開展4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)。由中國自主研究TD-LTE技術(shù),2012年上半年在杭州成功的進(jìn)行了試用。目前,中國移動(dòng)在杭州已完成主城區(qū)200平方公里的4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋,擬新建1500個(gè)宏站和近1000個(gè)室內(nèi)分布基站,預(yù)計(jì)在年底完成全城覆蓋。這意味著一旦4G牌照發(fā)放,杭州人民將首先進(jìn)入“4G時(shí)代”。這也預(yù)示著“手機(jī)高速互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代”的到來。對于運(yùn)營商來說,原有的主營業(yè)務(wù)——“語音經(jīng)營”將被“流量經(jīng)營”所取代,競爭對手不也僅限三大運(yùn)營商,而是傳統(tǒng)電信運(yùn)營商與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)商之間的斗爭。因此,移動(dòng)渠道項(xiàng)目建設(shè)成為目前迫切需要研究的項(xiàng)目。 本文對杭州移動(dòng)渠道的現(xiàn)階段的癥結(jié)問題進(jìn)行分析,提出相應(yīng)對策。面對4G新競爭的格局來臨,運(yùn)營商被“智能管道化”的新形勢前,提出渠道建設(shè)策略;同時(shí)結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理的知識,開展渠道項(xiàng)目建設(shè),以便在競爭變革加劇前,做好迎戰(zhàn)準(zhǔn)備。 通過本文的研究,可以得到以下結(jié)論:首先,未來4G競爭是多頭行業(yè)間的競爭,傳統(tǒng)的運(yùn)營商只有與其他行業(yè)商們共融共通,才能較好的參與競爭;其次,渠道依然是主旋律,是運(yùn)營商們爭奪并較好運(yùn)用的武器,是4G新競爭格局下的制勝之王道;再次,渠道類型繁多,何者能在目前的前4G時(shí)代固本強(qiáng)基,建好渠道,這對今后競爭制勝具有重要的意義。最后,本文對如何較好的開展各類型渠道項(xiàng)目建設(shè)提出了相關(guān)的策略和建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the major operators of all countries who have accelerated the deployment of 4G networks, China in the wildly beating gongs and drums carried out 4G networks. By China independent research TD-LTE technology, the first half of 2012 in Hangzhou and the success of the trial. At present, China Mobile has been completed in Hangzhou urban area of 200 square kilometers of the 4G network coverage, to be built 1500 macro stations and nearly 1000 indoor distribution base, is expected to complete the coverage at the end of the year. This means that once the 4G licenses issued, the people of Hangzhou will be the first to enter the "4G era". This also indicates that the "mobile phone high-speed Internet era. For operators, the main business -" voice business "be replaced by" traffic management ", competitors not only is the three operators, but between traditional telecom operators and Internet operators struggle. Therefore, the mobile channel project construction has become the urgent A project that needs to be studied.
The crux of the problem at the present stage of Hangzhou mobile channel are analyzed, put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Faced with the advent of 4G new competition pattern, the operator is the new situation of intelligent piping ", this paper puts forward the channels construction strategy; combined with the knowledge of project management, carry out the channel construction projects, in order to change before the competition intensifies, do a good job preparation.
Through this research, we can get the following conclusions: first, the future 4G long competition is the competition between industries, the traditional operators and other industry operators only communion in common, in order to better participate in the competition; secondly, the channel is still the main theme, is for operators and better use of weapons, is the new 4G the competition pattern of the winning king; again, the channel type variety, which is in the pre 4G era foundation, built channels, which is of great significance for the future competition. Finally, this paper puts forward relevant strategies and suggestions on how to better carry out various types of channel construction projects.
