【摘要】：電信企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成本增速加快,盈利空間日趨狹小,有必要推動財務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型。本文結(jié)合某電信企業(yè)建維業(yè)務(wù)財務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的實踐,介紹了其以網(wǎng)絡(luò)資產(chǎn)為核心,建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)資產(chǎn)從新增階段(網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)期)到維護與運行、再到盤活與優(yōu)化、到最后報廢與處置的全生命周期管控體系,將財務(wù)管理職能延伸到網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)運維,實現(xiàn)基于業(yè)財融合的建維財務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:The telecom enterprise network cost growth speed up, the profit space is narrower day by day, it is necessary to promote the financial transformation.In this paper, based on the practice of financial transformation of a telecom enterprise's construction and maintenance business, this paper introduces how to establish network assets from the new stage (network construction period) to maintenance and operation, and then to invigorate and optimize the network assets, taking the network assets as the core.In the end, the whole life cycle management system of scrapping and disposal extends the function of financial management to network construction and network operation and maintenance, and realizes the financial transformation based on the integration of industry and finance.
