【摘要】：在我國，信息產(chǎn)業(yè)作為一種新興產(chǎn)業(yè)，已經(jīng)成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。在國際、國內(nèi)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)梯度轉(zhuǎn)移的大背景下，中西部地區(qū)的信息產(chǎn)業(yè)既面臨著難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇，也面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。選擇合適的信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式，充分把握機(jī)遇，妥善應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)，在信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中搶占先機(jī)，對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的跨越式發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本文選擇對(duì)洛陽市西工區(qū)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行研究，導(dǎo)論部分闡述了本文的選題背景、研究?jī)r(jià)值和意義，綜述了國內(nèi)外研究動(dòng)態(tài)、本文的研究思路和方法、可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等。信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)理論部分，通過介紹信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵、外延、特征，信息產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、信息產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移、信息產(chǎn)業(yè)增長(zhǎng)極和點(diǎn)軸理論等內(nèi)容，為下文的具體分析做好準(zhǔn)備。本文的核心，是對(duì)洛陽市西工區(qū)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的SWOT分析，結(jié)合西工區(qū)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際狀況，用SWOT分析法對(duì)西工區(qū)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)所面臨的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)、威脅進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)解析。 本文立足于實(shí)際需要，，簡(jiǎn)要評(píng)析西工區(qū)現(xiàn)行信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式，結(jié)合實(shí)際案例，從承接國際國內(nèi)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的梯次轉(zhuǎn)移、打造西工區(qū)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)增長(zhǎng)極、實(shí)行“政府引導(dǎo)、市場(chǎng)為主、內(nèi)外合作”等層面，提出了構(gòu)建西工區(qū)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式的設(shè)想，對(duì)西工區(qū)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)今后的發(fā)展，從指導(dǎo)思想、規(guī)劃目標(biāo)、發(fā)展重點(diǎn)、產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、具體任務(wù)、保障措施等方面提出了建議。 本文結(jié)合工商管理專業(yè)所學(xué)知識(shí)，從實(shí)際運(yùn)用角度，對(duì)西工區(qū)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行調(diào)查、分析、思考，提出符合西工區(qū)實(shí)際的信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式和建議，相信會(huì)對(duì)西工區(qū)今后信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展有所幫助。
[Abstract]:Under the background of international and domestic information industry gradient transfer, the information industry in the central and western regions is faced with both rare opportunities and severe challenges.It is of great significance to choose the appropriate development mode of information industry, fully grasp the opportunity, deal with the challenge properly and seize the first chance in the development of information industry, which is of great significance to realize the leapfrog development of regional economy.This paper chooses to study the development mode of information industry in Xigong District of Luoyang City. The introduction describes the background, research value and significance of this paper, summarizes the research trends at home and abroad, the research ideas and methods of this paper, and the possible innovation points, etc.The core of this paper is the SWOT analysis of the present situation of the information industry development in Luoyang Xigong District, combining with the actual situation of the development of the information industry in the West Industrial District, and the advantages, disadvantages and opportunities faced by the information industry in the west industrial area by SWOT analysis.The threat is analyzed in detail.Based on the actual needs, this paper briefly comments on the current information industry development model of the western industrial district, combines the actual case, from undertaking the international and domestic information industry ladder transfer, builds the information industry growth pole of the western industrial area, implements "the government guides,"This paper puts forward the idea of constructing the development mode of information industry in the west industrial area from the following aspects: guiding ideology, planning goal, development focus, industrial layout, specific task, and so on, from the aspects of market priority, internal and external cooperation, and so on, to construct the development mode of information industry in the western industrial area.Some suggestions on safeguard measures are put forward.Based on the knowledge learned in the field of industrial and commercial administration, this paper investigates, analyzes and thinks about the development of information industry in the western industrial area from the perspective of practical application, and puts forward the development mode and suggestions of the information industry in line with the actual situation in the area.I believe it will be helpful to the development of information industry in the future.
