【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的到來(lái)和4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)的普及,帶動(dòng)了移動(dòng)支付的快速發(fā)展,日常生活中,利用手機(jī)完成交易支付成為一種時(shí)尚,并日益改變了人們的生活方式。作為城市公共交通的重要組成部分,地鐵每天要承受巨大的客流壓力,基于傳統(tǒng)模式的自動(dòng)售檢票系統(tǒng)逐漸不能滿足地鐵運(yùn)營(yíng)的實(shí)際需求。在移動(dòng)支付技術(shù)不斷完善的今天,如何將移動(dòng)支付手段引入地鐵的運(yùn)營(yíng)系統(tǒng),提升運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,給乘客帶來(lái)更方便的購(gòu)票乘車(chē)體驗(yàn),同時(shí)又能讓參與項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的各方得到良好的商業(yè)前景,成為一個(gè)很有意義的課題。本文以A公司為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)A公司在地鐵互聯(lián)網(wǎng)票務(wù)系統(tǒng)技術(shù)的升級(jí)創(chuàng)新、商業(yè)模式的實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行分析和梳理,找出地鐵云支付系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目成功實(shí)踐的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在本論文中,通過(guò)運(yùn)用商業(yè)模式理論、商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新理論及決策理論,分析A公司云支付系統(tǒng)整個(gè)的項(xiàng)目商業(yè)運(yùn)行過(guò)程,從商機(jī)決策、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新到商業(yè)模式構(gòu)建的整個(gè)脈絡(luò),對(duì)商業(yè)模式實(shí)現(xiàn)的整個(gè)過(guò)程進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的闡述。同時(shí)本文利用比較分析法,對(duì)地鐵引入云支付系統(tǒng)之后,從運(yùn)營(yíng)、盈利、創(chuàng)新及核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力幾個(gè)方面,對(duì)比AFC系統(tǒng)與云支付系統(tǒng)的績(jī)效進(jìn)行比較和評(píng)定,評(píng)估云支付業(yè)務(wù)的商業(yè)價(jià)值績(jī)效指標(biāo)。最后通過(guò)從用戶、第三方合作商業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)及自身的角度,對(duì)云支付系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目分別對(duì)商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行全方位的評(píng)價(jià),評(píng)估其帶來(lái)的商業(yè)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the Internet era and the popularity of 4G network, mobile payment has developed rapidly. In daily life, it is a fashion to use mobile phone to complete transaction payment. As an important part of urban public transport, subway has to bear enormous pressure of passenger flow every day. The automatic ticketing system based on the traditional mode can not meet the actual needs of subway operation gradually. With the continuous improvement of mobile payment technology, how to introduce the mobile payment means into the subway operation system to improve the operational efficiency, To reduce operating costs, to bring passengers a more convenient ride experience, and at the same time to allow all parties involved in the construction of the project to obtain a good commercial prospects, become a very meaningful topic. By analyzing and combing the technological upgrading and innovation of Metro Internet ticketing system and the realization process of business model, A Company finds out the experience of successful practice of subway cloud payment system project. In this paper, by using the theory of business model, we find out the experience of successful practice of subway cloud payment system project. Business model innovation theory and decision theory, analyze the whole project business operation process of cloud payment system of company A, from business opportunity decision, technology innovation to the whole vein of business model construction. At the same time, this paper uses the comparative analysis method to introduce the cloud payment system into the subway, from the aspects of operation, profit, innovation and core competitiveness. Compare and evaluate the performance of AFC system and cloud payment system, evaluate the business value performance index of cloud payment business. The cloud payment system project is evaluated in all aspects of business model to evaluate its commercial value.
