【摘要】：信息產(chǎn)業(yè)是當(dāng)今世界創(chuàng)新速度最快、通用性最廣、滲透性最強(qiáng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，，信息技術(shù)水平和信息化能力也是國家創(chuàng)新能力的突出體現(xiàn)。近年來，沈陽市信息產(chǎn)業(yè)迅速發(fā)展并成為支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，但發(fā)展的過程中也顯現(xiàn)出了核心競爭力弱、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等亟待解決的問題。 本文首先闡述了信息產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)理論及目前國內(nèi)外信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的態(tài)勢。接著分析了沈陽市信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，并通過沈陽市信息產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值和GDP的線性回歸分析，論述了沈陽市信息產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的促進(jìn)作用和倍增作用。然后本文應(yīng)用SWOT分析方法對(duì)沈陽市信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入剖析,得出了沈陽市信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅之所在。再通過灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析方法對(duì)影響沈陽市信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的主要因素進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析，揭示了各個(gè)因素與沈陽市信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)聯(lián)程度。進(jìn)而綜合全部的分析結(jié)論提出沈陽市信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略群，并應(yīng)用定量化戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃矩陣對(duì)所提出的戰(zhàn)略群進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，得出一套完整的關(guān)于沈陽市信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。最后，根據(jù)所提出的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略分析了確保這些戰(zhàn)略能有效實(shí)施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:The information industry is one of the fastest, most versatile and most permeable industries in the world today. The level of information technology and the capability of information technology are also the outstanding embodiment of the national innovation ability. The information industry in Shenyang has developed rapidly and become a pillar industry. However, in the process of development, the core competitiveness is weak and the industrial structure is unreasonable. In this paper, the related theories of information industry and the development situation of information industry at home and abroad are first expounded. Then, the present situation of information industry in Shenyang is analyzed, and the linear regression analysis between the added value of information industry and GDP in Shenyang is made. This paper discusses the promoting and multiplying effect of information industry on economic development in Shenyang. Then, this paper analyzes the present situation of information industry in Shenyang by using the method of SWOT, and concludes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of information industry in Shenyang. The main factors that influence the development of information industry in Shenyang are systematically analyzed by the method of grey relational degree analysis. This paper reveals the degree of correlation between each factor and the development of information industry in Shenyang, and then puts forward the strategic group of the development of information industry in Shenyang by synthesizing all the conclusions, and optimizes the proposed strategic group by using the quantitative strategic planning matrix. Finally, according to the development strategy put forward, the guarantee measures to ensure the effective implementation of these strategies are analyzed.
