【摘要】：我國目前農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展正處于由傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)向現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變的拐點上,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)智能化、農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營網(wǎng)絡(luò)、農(nóng)業(yè)管理數(shù)字化、農(nóng)業(yè)服務(wù)精準化是必然發(fā)展趨勢。發(fā)展智慧農(nóng)業(yè)需要牢牢抓住"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"戰(zhàn)略機遇,深入推動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營、管理和服務(wù)的融合。推進都市智慧農(nóng)業(yè)需要政府引導(dǎo);需要完善政策法規(guī),優(yōu)化都市智慧農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境;需要強化頂層設(shè)計,制定都市智慧農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃;需要設(shè)立專項資金,推進都市智慧農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)應(yīng)用;需要完善體制機制,推進都市智慧農(nóng)業(yè)建設(shè)市場化;需要加強培訓(xùn)和宣傳,提高全社會對智慧農(nóng)業(yè)的認識。
[Abstract]:At present, China's agricultural development is at the turning point from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Agricultural production is intelligent, agricultural management network and agricultural management are digitized. The development of intelligent agriculture needs to grasp the strategic opportunity of "Internet" firmly, and promote the Internet and agricultural production and management deeply. Promoting urban intelligent agriculture needs government guidance, perfecting policies and regulations, optimizing urban intelligent agriculture development environment, strengthening top-level design and formulating urban intelligent agriculture development strategic planning. It is necessary to set up special funds to promote the application of urban intelligent agricultural technology, to perfect the system and mechanism, to promote the marketization of urban intelligent agriculture construction, and to strengthen training and propaganda to enhance the whole society's understanding of intelligent agriculture.
