【摘要】：移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代我國分享經(jīng)濟(jì)呈現(xiàn)出良好發(fā)展態(tài)勢,創(chuàng)造出了眾多新業(yè)態(tài)、新模式,為化解產(chǎn)能過剩,帶動(dòng)大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新發(fā)揮著積極作用。分享經(jīng)濟(jì)作為全新的新經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài),它的出現(xiàn)給傳統(tǒng)治理模式帶來了前所未有的變革和挑戰(zhàn)。本文從對分享經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來的組織模式新變革、競爭秩序及格局新變化、行業(yè)管理新要求、產(chǎn)權(quán)制度新挑戰(zhàn)、市場監(jiān)管領(lǐng)域新變化五個(gè)方面出發(fā),深入分析當(dāng)前我國分享經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展面臨的治理模式變革與挑戰(zhàn),最后提出促進(jìn)我國分享經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展治理的對策建議。
[Abstract]:In the era of mobile Internet, China's sharing economy shows a good trend of development, creating many new forms of business, new models, in order to resolve overcapacity and drive the masses to start a business. The sharing economy, as a new economic form, has brought unprecedented changes and challenges to the traditional governance model. Based on the new changes of competition order and pattern, the new requirements of industry management, the new challenges of property right system and the new changes in the field of market supervision, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the changes and challenges of the governance mode facing the development of China's sharing economy. Finally, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the governance of shared economic development in China.
