H公司營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:電站鍋爐行業(yè)作為資金技術(shù)密集型制造業(yè),一直是國(guó)家重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性機(jī)械裝備行業(yè),具有較深的歷史發(fā)展背景。本文以H公司為例運(yùn)用市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略理論,結(jié)合鍋爐制造行業(yè)的實(shí)際工作進(jìn)行研究創(chuàng)新,圍繞市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷的研究,分析了電站鍋爐行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì),同時(shí)分析在營(yíng)銷中相關(guān)復(fù)雜的政策、技術(shù)、成本、國(guó)際貿(mào)易等因素對(duì)于營(yíng)銷過(guò)程和實(shí)際結(jié)果的影響。通過(guò)對(duì)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的研究、鍋爐制造業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的環(huán)境分析、該行業(yè)面對(duì)的銷售市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局的剖析,運(yùn)用管理學(xué)理論進(jìn)行探討分析,,最終明確了H公司的營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略。具體指出H公司在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中重點(diǎn)把握產(chǎn)品組合策略,關(guān)系營(yíng)銷、服務(wù)營(yíng)銷策略,并依托理論針對(duì)實(shí)際工作進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的剖析,對(duì)該企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)具有一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The utility boiler industry, as a capital-technology-intensive manufacturing industry, has always been a strategic machinery and equipment industry with a deep historical development background. This paper takes H Company as an example to apply the marketing strategy theory. Combining with the actual work of boiler manufacturing industry, this paper analyzes the competition situation of power plant boiler industry, and analyzes the related complex policies, technologies and costs. The impact of international trade on the marketing process and actual results. Through the study of macroeconomic development, the analysis of the environment facing the development of the boiler manufacturing industry, the analysis of the competitive pattern of the sales market faced by the industry, Finally, the marketing strategy of H Company is defined by using the management theory. It is pointed out that H Company focuses on product combination strategy, relationship marketing and service marketing strategy in the market competition. Based on the theory, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the actual work, which has some guiding and referential significance for the operation of the enterprise.
