【摘要】：隨著軟件行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,中小型軟件企業(yè)正面臨著重大挑戰(zhàn),為了應(yīng)對當(dāng)前企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展面臨的復(fù)雜形勢,除了國家政策的支持外,它們必須降低企業(yè)運(yùn)營成本,而有效的軟件質(zhì)量管理則是降低成本的主要方法。 本文分析了我國中小型軟件企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理水平不足、運(yùn)營效率低等現(xiàn)狀,指出引入CMMI模型的必要性。在此背景下,引入項(xiàng)目管理、軟件項(xiàng)目管理等理論,并以此理論為基礎(chǔ),介紹了CMMI及其表示方法,一種是連續(xù)式表示法,一種是階段式表示法。根據(jù)深圳圖元科技公司的實(shí)際情況,按照CMMI的理論方法以及項(xiàng)目管理的基本思想,分析了該公司軟件項(xiàng)目管理目前存在的問題,并提出相關(guān)的解決實(shí)施方案。 最后通過對深圳圖元科技公司實(shí)施CMMI的項(xiàng)目案例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,探討該公司實(shí)施CMMI對提高軟件項(xiàng)目管理的成效,說明CMMI的優(yōu)勢和實(shí)踐中的不足之處,提出相關(guān)建議,為中國中小型軟件企業(yè)走向規(guī)范化、規(guī)�；⒊墒旎峁﹨⒖冀�(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the software industry, small and medium-sized software enterprises are facing major challenges. In order to cope with the complex situation facing the current economic development of enterprises, in addition to the support of national policies, they must reduce their operating costs. Effective software quality management is the main method to reduce cost. This paper analyzes the status quo of the project management level and the low operational efficiency of the small and medium-sized software enterprises in China, and points out the necessity of introducing the CMMI model. Under this background, the project management and software project management theories are introduced and based on the theory. This paper introduces CMMI and its representation, one is continuous representation, the other is stage representation. According to the actual situation of Shenzhen Tuyuan Science and Technology Company, according to the theory and method of CMMI and the basic idea of project management, The problems existing in the software project management of the company are analyzed, and the relevant solutions are put forward. Finally, through the empirical analysis of the project case of Shenzhen Tuyuan Science and Technology Company implementing CMMI, this paper discusses the effect of implementing CMMI on improving the software project management, explains the advantages and disadvantages of CMMI, and puts forward some relevant suggestions. For Chinese small and medium-sized software enterprises to standardize, scale, mature to provide reference experience.
