【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,催生出了許多新技術(shù)與新概念。云計(jì)算便是這波浪潮中的新貴。由于云計(jì)算低成本、高可擴(kuò)展性、高效能以及高可靠性的優(yōu)勢(shì),讓各行各業(yè)看到了云計(jì)算技術(shù)光明的發(fā)展前景,于是紛紛開始進(jìn)行云計(jì)算與自身經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式的融合。而近年,云會(huì)計(jì)逐漸成為云計(jì)算在企業(yè)實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的新熱點(diǎn)。云會(huì)計(jì)是一種服務(wù)模式,這種模式的優(yōu)勢(shì)在于能夠提供方便和有效的網(wǎng)絡(luò)接入,并鏈接到云端數(shù)據(jù)資源共享池,以使關(guān)于這些資源的需求可以被快速滿足,同時(shí)只需要少量的工作,或與服務(wù)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單溝通。作為一種新興的IT實(shí)現(xiàn)模式,云會(huì)計(jì)將IT資源作為一種服務(wù),借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)為企業(yè)提供實(shí)時(shí)高效的管理,帶來廣闊的利益鏈條。充分體現(xiàn)了大數(shù)據(jù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展方向。本文從目前理論研究出發(fā),立足于會(huì)計(jì)信息化相關(guān)理論,在對(duì)相關(guān)信息及研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行搜集和分析后,決定基于案例企業(yè)實(shí)施的云會(huì)計(jì)信息系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化的成功實(shí)踐,總結(jié)其云會(huì)計(jì)模式應(yīng)用的方案為出發(fā)點(diǎn),基于案例企業(yè)的實(shí)際需求,從建設(shè)的需求、必要性兩方面來闡述,從建設(shè)原則、模式選擇、優(yōu)化方案、實(shí)施效果四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了分析討論,重點(diǎn)對(duì)案例企業(yè)在實(shí)施云會(huì)計(jì)優(yōu)化過程中得到的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與步驟進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與歸納,并對(duì)實(shí)施結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)和概括,給其它中小企業(yè)實(shí)施基于云會(huì)計(jì)的會(huì)計(jì)信息系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化提供借鑒與參考的模板。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the Internet economy in China, many new technologies and concepts have emerged. Cloud computing is the upstart in this wave. Because of its low cost, high scalability, high efficiency and high reliability, cloud computing has the advantages of low cost, high scalability, high efficiency and high reliability. Let all kinds of industries see the bright development prospect of cloud computing technology, so they began to merge cloud computing with their own management mode. And in recent years, Cloud accounting has gradually become a new hotspot in the practical application of cloud computing. Cloud accounting is a service mode, which has the advantage of providing convenient and effective network access and linking to the cloud data resource sharing pool. So that the requirements for these resources can be met quickly, requiring little work, or simply communicating with service providers. As an emerging IT implementation model, cloud accounting uses IT resources as a service, With the help of the network to provide real-time and efficient management for enterprises, bring a broad chain of benefits. It fully reflects big data, the development direction of networked enterprise informatization. This paper based on the current theoretical research, based on the accounting information related theory, After collecting and analyzing the relevant information and research status, it is decided to optimize the successful practice of cloud accounting information system based on case-based enterprise, summarize the scheme of cloud accounting mode application as the starting point, based on the actual demand of case-based enterprise. From two aspects of construction needs and necessity, this paper analyzes and discusses the construction principle, mode selection, optimization scheme and implementation effect. The experience and steps gained in the process of implementing cloud accounting optimization are summarized and summarized, and the results of implementation are analyzed and summarized. It provides reference and reference template for other small and medium-sized enterprises to implement the optimization of accounting information system based on cloud accounting.
