【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政是政府和公眾通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)形成特定互動(dòng)關(guān)系的政治溝通過程。為使網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政平臺(tái)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)能夠健康持續(xù)運(yùn)行,本文借鑒生態(tài)因子概念對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政的生態(tài)因子及其對(duì)系統(tǒng)的影響機(jī)制進(jìn)行了探討,并以"惠民在線"網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政綜合信息平臺(tái)開展了實(shí)證研究,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政平臺(tái)發(fā)展方向不容置疑,但仍不夠成熟;平臺(tái)中各功能角色數(shù)量有限,簇群不夠豐富,關(guān)鍵物種缺乏,且問政形式單一,網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政的發(fā)展仍需政府和網(wǎng)民的共同努力。最后,就如何進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)平臺(tái)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展提出若干對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Network governance is a political communication process in which the government and the public form a specific interactive relationship through the network platform. Based on the concept of ecological factors, this paper probes into the ecological factors of network governance and its influence mechanism on the system, and carries out an empirical study on the platform of "Huimin online". The research found that the development direction of the platform is beyond doubt, but it is still not mature; the number of functional roles in the platform is limited, the cluster is not rich enough, the key species is lacking, and the form of governance is single. The development of network governance still needs the joint efforts of government and Internet users. Finally, some countermeasures are put forward on how to further promote the sustainable and healthy development of the platform.
