【摘要】:隨著通信行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,中國(guó)電信湖南公司在進(jìn)入全業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)后,與其他運(yùn)營(yíng)商的產(chǎn)品逐漸趨同,利潤(rùn)空間受到擠壓,發(fā)展陷入巨大的困境,主要表現(xiàn)在存量流失嚴(yán)重,收入增長(zhǎng)乏力,市場(chǎng)份額下降,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力減弱。在這種嚴(yán)峻的形勢(shì)下,中國(guó)電信湖南公司亟需通過(guò)深入分析企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境和自身具備的核心能力,對(duì)現(xiàn)有發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,以推動(dòng)企業(yè)步入持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的軌道。 本文介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外戰(zhàn)略管理研究的歷史及現(xiàn)狀,回顧了戰(zhàn)略管理理論的主要發(fā)展階段以及各階段的主要理論,并對(duì)主要的戰(zhàn)略管理分析工具進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要介紹;通過(guò)對(duì)社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治和技術(shù)環(huán)境的一般性分析,對(duì)行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、行業(yè)需求、行業(yè)增長(zhǎng)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和主要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手發(fā)展情況的整體透視,,結(jié)合SWOT分析方法,闡明了中國(guó)電信湖南公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整的必要性和必然性;在對(duì)可供選擇的戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整方案逐一分析和評(píng)價(jià)后,從企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力出發(fā),明確了中國(guó)電信湖南公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整的目標(biāo)和方向,即以密集性成長(zhǎng)戰(zhàn)略為首選,通過(guò)市場(chǎng)滲透戰(zhàn)略、業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)發(fā)戰(zhàn)略、市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)戰(zhàn)略,以及特許經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略和相關(guān)多元化戰(zhàn)略等有機(jī)組合,構(gòu)建高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平臺(tái),加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控,推動(dòng)企業(yè)加快由傳統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)商向現(xiàn)代綜合信息服務(wù)提供商轉(zhuǎn)變。 面對(duì)新的形勢(shì)和任務(wù),中國(guó)電信湖南公司調(diào)整發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是情勢(shì)所迫、大勢(shì)所趨。如何在戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整中做到既總攬全局、著眼長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn),又立足當(dāng)前、貼近實(shí)際,通過(guò)本文的研究,可為通信行業(yè)同類型企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整提供有益的思路與借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the communications industry, after China Telecom Hunan Company enters the whole business operation, the products of other operators gradually converge, the profit space is squeezed, and the development falls into a huge dilemma, which is mainly reflected in the serious loss of stock. Revenue growth is weak, market share is declining, and competitiveness is weakening. In this grim situation, China Telecom Hunan Company urgently needs to deeply analyze the internal and external environment of enterprises and their core capabilities. The existing development strategy should be adjusted in time to push the enterprise into the track of sustainable and healthy development. This paper introduces the history and present situation of the strategic management research at home and abroad, reviews the main development stages of the strategic management theory and the main theories of each stage, and briefly introduces the main strategic management analysis tools. A general analysis of the economic, political and technological environment, an overall perspective on the current situation of the industry, industry demand, industry growth, competitiveness and the development of major competitors, combined with SWOT analysis, This paper expounds the necessity and inevitability of the development strategy adjustment of China Telecom Hunan Company, analyzes and evaluates the strategic adjustment scheme one by one, and proceeds from the core competence of the enterprise. The aim and direction of the development strategy adjustment of China Telecom Hunan Company are defined, that is, the first choice is the intensive growth strategy, through the market penetration strategy, the business development strategy, the market development strategy, the market development strategy. As well as the organic combination of franchise strategy and related diversification strategy, to build an efficient operation platform, strengthen risk management and control, promote enterprises to accelerate the transformation from traditional basic network operators to modern integrated information service providers. Facing the new situation and task, China Telecom Hunan Company adjusts the development strategy is forced by the situation, the general trend. How to achieve in the strategic adjustment not only the overall situation, the long-term view, but also based on the present situation, is close to the reality, through this article research, It can provide useful ideas and reference for the development strategy adjustment of the same type of enterprises in the communication industry.
