成長期中小企業(yè)成長與社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)互構(gòu)性研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,中小企業(yè)已成為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分。中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展關(guān)乎著整個經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的大局。然而,我國中小企業(yè)的成長與發(fā)展始終面臨著融資難、資源整合能力弱、管理水平不足等困境,中小企業(yè)的壽命短暫、成長性不足已成為一個不爭的事實(shí)。自上個世紀(jì)80年代末以來,企業(yè)集群、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、虛擬企業(yè)和特許經(jīng)營等新興組織迅猛發(fā)展,外部網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為企業(yè)尋求合作、獲取資源的主要途徑之一,企業(yè)通過外部化獲得成長的方式被越來越多的企業(yè)采用。在這一背景下,企業(yè)社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)與中小企業(yè),特別是成長型的中小企業(yè)成長的相關(guān)研究逐漸受到重視,對這一問題的研究已演變?yōu)橐环N戰(zhàn)略性和前瞻性的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。 基于以上背景,本文在理論研究綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了成長期中小企業(yè)與外部網(wǎng)絡(luò)匹配演化的互構(gòu)性模型,通過實(shí)證的分析方法驗證本文提出的相關(guān)假設(shè),并最終構(gòu)建了成長期中小企業(yè)成長與社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)的概念模型。文章首先回顧了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者有關(guān)中小企業(yè)成長、中小企業(yè)社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)與中小企業(yè)成長關(guān)系的研究,以企業(yè)的生命周期和企業(yè)社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)的理論為基礎(chǔ),從嵌入性視角,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系為研究路徑,探究了成長期中小企業(yè)成長性與其不同類型外在網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響關(guān)系,并刻畫了企業(yè)社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)與成長期中小企業(yè)成長的互構(gòu)性演化模型。在實(shí)證分析中,對成長期中小企業(yè)成長、社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)、市場網(wǎng)絡(luò)和創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的變量進(jìn)行刻畫,運(yùn)用SPSS分析軟件探究變量之間的具體關(guān)系,同時驗證了成長期中小企業(yè)與外部網(wǎng)絡(luò)的相關(guān)假設(shè)、最終對概念模型進(jìn)行了驗證。 通過對實(shí)證結(jié)果的分析和對研究模型的修正,文章對社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)、市場網(wǎng)絡(luò)、創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)與成長期的中小企業(yè)成長性之間的相互關(guān)系有了一個較清晰的分析框架,最后,文章依據(jù)研究結(jié)果得出相應(yīng)結(jié)論和啟示,提出對未來研究的展望。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important part of our economic development. The development of small and medium-sized enterprises related to the overall development of the whole economy. However, the growth and development of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country have been faced with difficulties in financing, resource integration ability is weak, the management level of the plight of lack of small and medium-sized enterprises, short life, growth has become an indisputable fact. Since the last century since the end of 80s, the enterprise cluster, strategic alliance, virtual enterprises and the rapid development of franchising and other emerging organization, external network has become the enterprises to seek cooperation, one of the main access to resources, through the enterprise external growth way is adopted by more and more enterprises. In this context, the enterprise social network and small and medium-sized enterprises, especially on the growth of SMEs growth has attracted much attention, the research on this issue has evolved It is a strategic and forward-looking theoretical and practical problem.
Based on the above background, based on the theoretical research on the proposed interaction model, the evolution of growth stage of medium and small enterprises and the external network, the relevant assumptions through empirical analysis method to verify the proposed, and finally constructs the conceptual model of the growth of small and medium enterprises and social growth period will be the network. This paper firstly reviews the domestic foreign scholars on the growth of small and medium enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises of social network and social network relationship with the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, to the enterprise life cycle and enterprise social network theory as the foundation, from the embeddedness perspective, the network structure and network relationship of influence of the growth stage of the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises with different types of external the Internet, and describes the enterprise social network and growing SME growth mutual evolution model. In the empirical analysis, the growth stage of medium and small The variables of enterprise growth, social relationship network, market network and innovation network are depicted. SPSS analysis software is applied to explore the specific relationship between variables. Meanwhile, the relevant assumptions of growth SMEs and external network are verified. Finally, the conceptual model is verified.
Through the analysis of empirical results and the amendments to the research model, based on the social network, market network, the relationship between innovation network and the growth stage of the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises between have a clear framework of analysis, finally, the article according to the research results obtained the corresponding conclusion and enlightenment, put forward the prospects for future research.
