【摘要】：新型工業(yè)化以信息化為核心,科技為動力,效率為中心,追求工農(nóng)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展和人與自然的和諧共存。為積極推進(jìn)信息化與工業(yè)化融合,我們要根據(jù)信息化與工業(yè)化融合的特點(diǎn),把握"兩化融合"的重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn),找準(zhǔn)"兩化融合"的切入點(diǎn),創(chuàng)新信息化管理體制,為信息化帶動工業(yè)化創(chuàng)造良好的組織條件;推動企業(yè)信息化,為信息化帶動工業(yè)化構(gòu)建微觀基礎(chǔ);建立信息化帶動工業(yè)化發(fā)展的相關(guān)配套措施;提高工業(yè)對信息化與信息技術(shù)的吸收與應(yīng)用水平,增強(qiáng)信息化帶動工業(yè)化效應(yīng);重視人才工作,構(gòu)筑高層次信息人才平臺。
[Abstract]:The new industrialization with information as the core, science and technology as the power, efficiency as the center, the pursuit of the harmonious coexistence between industry and agriculture and the coordinated development of man and nature. To actively promote the integration of informatization and industrialization, we should according to the characteristics of the integration of informatization and industrialization, grasp the key points and difficulties of integration of the two ", identify the starting point of the integration of the two" innovation, information management system, create favorable conditions for the organization of industrialization driven by informatization; promote enterprise informatization, for information technology to stimulate industrialization to build the micro foundation; supporting measures to establish informationization to promote industrialization development; improve the absorption and application level of information industry and information technology, enhance the effect of informationization to promote industrialization; talent.
