基于期望確認(rèn)理論的移動App持續(xù)使用意愿實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前移動App高下載量與高卸載量并存現(xiàn)象明顯,基于期望確認(rèn)理論(ECT),本文構(gòu)建了移動App用戶持續(xù)使用意愿理論模型,試圖分析App用戶不能保持持續(xù)使用的原因。結(jié)果顯示:App品質(zhì)體驗(yàn)正向影響確認(rèn)程度,確認(rèn)程度又正向影響感知有用性、感知易用性、感知有趣性;感知易用性顯著影響感知有用性,感知有用性、感知易用性、感知有趣性正向影響用戶滿意度,用戶滿意度正向影響持續(xù)使用意愿。
[Abstract]:At present, the phenomenon of high download and high unloading of mobile App is obvious. Based on the theory of expected confirmation, this paper constructs a theoretical model of mobile App users' willingness to use continuously. This paper tries to analyze the reasons why App users can not keep using continuously. The results show that the quality experience of App positively affects the confirmation degree, and the confirmation degree positively affects perceived usefulness, perceived usability and perceived interest. Perceived usability significantly affects perceived usefulness perceived usefulness perceived usability perceived interest positively affects user satisfaction and user satisfaction positively affects willingness to use continuously.
