【摘要】：隨著能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)概念的快速發(fā)展,對能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)各細(xì)分領(lǐng)域的頂層設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)成為能源領(lǐng)域研究的重要一環(huán)。針對能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)交易特點(diǎn)和商業(yè)模式的討論已深入到能源經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)領(lǐng)域和技術(shù)領(lǐng)域�；谀茉椿ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)是由多層次系統(tǒng)組成的理念,出現(xiàn)了能源互聯(lián)微電網(wǎng)的概念�；仡櫫四茉椿ヂ�(lián)微電網(wǎng)的基本框架,提出了能源互聯(lián)微電網(wǎng)的交易特點(diǎn)和商業(yè)管理模式。配網(wǎng)公司、個(gè)人投資者和子微電網(wǎng)是能源互聯(lián)微電網(wǎng)運(yùn)營過程中的三個(gè)重要組成部分,分析了這三者的角色、權(quán)利和責(zé)任,討論了運(yùn)行原則、政府角色以及能源互聯(lián)微電網(wǎng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。提出的能源互聯(lián)微電網(wǎng)商業(yè)管理模式和運(yùn)營模式建議有助于能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施。
