核心價(jià)值觀認(rèn)同、心理幸福感和成功智力的相關(guān)性研究——基于知識(shí)型人才的數(shù)據(jù)檢驗(yàn)

【摘要】:知識(shí)型人才對(duì)價(jià)值觀具有高度的敏感性。核心價(jià)值觀認(rèn)同和心理幸福感對(duì)成功智力的培育存在著必然影響;谥R(shí)型人才的樣本數(shù)據(jù),借助于結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,經(jīng)驗(yàn)性研究揭示了核心價(jià)值觀認(rèn)同、心理幸福感和成功智力的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,發(fā)現(xiàn)了微觀激勵(lì)路徑和激勵(lì)機(jī)理的存在,為知識(shí)型人才成功智力的開發(fā)提供了新的思維模式。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):核心價(jià)值觀認(rèn)同對(duì)心理幸福感存在促進(jìn)作用;核心價(jià)值觀認(rèn)同對(duì)分析型智力、創(chuàng)造型智力和實(shí)踐型智力的成長存在促進(jìn)作用;心理幸福感對(duì)分析型智力、創(chuàng)造型智力和實(shí)踐型智力的成長存在促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Knowledge-based talents are highly sensitive to values.The identity of core values and psychological well-being have an inevitable influence on the cultivation of successful intelligence.Based on the sample data of knowledge-based talents and with the help of structural equation model, empirical research reveals the inner relationship among core values identity, psychological well-being and successful intelligence, and finds out the existence of micro-incentive path and incentive mechanism.It provides a new mode of thinking for the development of successful intelligence of knowledge talents.The study found that: core value identity has a promoting effect on psychological well-being; core value identity can promote the growth of analytical intelligence, creative intelligence and practical intelligence; psychological well-being has a positive effect on analytical intelligence, while core value identity can promote the growth of analytical intelligence, creative intelligence and practical intelligence.Creative intelligence and practical intelligence exist to promote the growth.
