中小房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)員工績效考評的研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)發(fā)展遇到一系列的困境,給房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了一定影響,使得員工績效考評體系無法有效實施。如何將員工個體的目標(biāo)和企業(yè)的目標(biāo)有機(jī)地整合協(xié)調(diào)起來,通過績效考評提高中小企業(yè)的競爭力是我國中小企業(yè)走向健康發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容。 本文主要通過使用文獻(xiàn)研究法和調(diào)查研究法,對湖南HN公司的員工績效考評進(jìn)行研究。在文中,首先介紹了員工績效考評的相關(guān)理論,在此基礎(chǔ)上,從考評目的、考評原則、考評參與人、考評內(nèi)容、考評周期、考評等級、考評與薪酬等幾個方面對湖南HN公司的績效考評體系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并提出了該公司在績效考評體系方面存在的主要問題。接下來,在準(zhǔn)確性、滿意性和可衡量性的原則下,對湖南HN公司的員工績效考評體系進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),主要是對考評目的、考評參與人、考評周期、考評等級與薪酬、考評監(jiān)督制度額考評結(jié)果反饋等方面進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)與優(yōu)化。 員工是企業(yè)最大的財富,企業(yè)之間的競爭歸根結(jié)底是人才的競爭,人力資源的開發(fā)和運(yùn)用將決定企業(yè)的發(fā)展前途。房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)想要在激烈的市場競爭中脫穎而出,除了資金面上的支持,人力資源將是重要因素。本文對湖南HN公司的員工績效考評體系進(jìn)行了研究和改進(jìn)設(shè)計,符合企業(yè)組織戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展需要、能有效提高企業(yè)組織管理效率,符合員工個體管理開發(fā)的需求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of real estate enterprises in China has encountered a series of difficulties, which has brought a certain impact to the development of real estate enterprises, which makes the employee performance evaluation system can not be effectively implemented.How to integrate the individual goal of the employee and the goal of the enterprise organically, and how to improve the competitiveness of the small and medium-sized enterprises through the performance evaluation is an important content for the healthy development of the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.This paper studies the employee performance evaluation of Hunan HN Company by using literature research method and investigation research method.In this paper, we first introduce the relevant theory of employee performance evaluation, on this basis, from the purpose of the evaluation, evaluation principles, evaluation participants, evaluation content, appraisal cycle, evaluation grade,This paper summarizes the present situation of the performance appraisal system of Hunan HN Company and puts forward the main problems in the performance appraisal system of Hunan HN Company.Then, under the principle of accuracy, satisfaction and measurability, the performance evaluation system of Hunan HN Company is improved, mainly for the purpose, participants, period, rating and salary.The evaluation supervision system has been improved and optimized in the aspects of feedback of evaluation results and so on.The employee is the biggest wealth of the enterprise, the competition among the enterprises is the competition of the talented person in the final analysis, the development and utilization of the human resource will decide the development future of the enterprise.Real estate companies want to stand out in the fierce market competition, in addition to the financial support, human resources will be an important factor.In this paper, the employee performance evaluation system of Hunan HN Company has been studied and improved, which meets the needs of the development of enterprise organizational strategy, and can effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise organization management and meet the needs of individual management development of employees.
