萬達(dá)集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化發(fā)展研究分析

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)進(jìn)步、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及科學(xué)技術(shù)的日新月異,各國企業(yè)現(xiàn)代化管理不再是依靠數(shù)字分析、規(guī)章制度以及管理手段來進(jìn)行“剛性”管理,而是將視線轉(zhuǎn)移到了文化的認(rèn)同上,通過凝聚共同心理趨向、行為規(guī)范和價(jià)值觀來“柔性”管理企業(yè)。我國企業(yè)管理逐漸呈現(xiàn)的內(nèi)在缺陷也恰恰體現(xiàn)在這里,企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的缺失已經(jīng)成為我國企業(yè)發(fā)展的嚴(yán)重瓶頸。 近年來,我國房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展取得了突飛猛進(jìn)的成效,實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨越式發(fā)展,一躍成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的一個(gè)強(qiáng)大支撐。房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)也如雨后春筍般出現(xiàn),競爭日益加劇。我國房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)想要做大做強(qiáng),真正地實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,成為百年老店式的企業(yè),除了獨(dú)特的商業(yè)模式,還要有優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化,只有雙管齊下,形成內(nèi)外兼具、由表及里的房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)特色的企業(yè)文化,才能支撐企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。 本文通過分析目前國內(nèi)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)企業(yè)文化的現(xiàn)狀,闡述了企業(yè)文化建設(shè)對房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的重要作用,并以目前國內(nèi)目前規(guī)模最大的商業(yè)地產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè)、綜合實(shí)力排名前五的房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè)——萬達(dá)集團(tuán)為例,通過對萬達(dá)集團(tuán)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀和歷程的深入剖析,從物質(zhì)文化、精神文化、行為文化、制度文化等多角度進(jìn)行探討,從中梳理出萬達(dá)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的優(yōu)勢、特點(diǎn)和不足,結(jié)合目前萬達(dá)集團(tuán)的產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、綜合實(shí)力和發(fā)展方向,提出了新的萬達(dá)集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化框架,重新定位萬達(dá)集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化的同時(shí),,對萬達(dá)的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提升提出了參考建議。
[Abstract]:With social progress, economic development and the rapid development of science and technology, the modern management of enterprises in various countries no longer relies on digital analysis, rules and regulations and management means to carry out "rigid" management.Instead, the line of sight is transferred to the cultural identity, and the management of enterprises is "flexible" through the agglomeration of common psychological trends, codes of conduct and values.The inherent defects of enterprise management in our country are also reflected here. The lack of enterprise culture construction has become a serious bottleneck in the development of enterprises in our country.In recent years, the development of China's real estate industry has made rapid progress, achieved a leapfrog development, and has become a strong support of the national economy.Real estate enterprises are also springing up like a spring rain, increasingly intensified competition.If our real estate enterprises want to be large and strong, truly achieve sustainable development, and become a century-old shop type enterprise, in addition to their unique business model, they must also have excellent corporate culture. Only a two-pronged approach can form both internal and external enterprises.From the outside to the real estate industry characteristics of corporate culture, in order to support the rapid development of enterprises.By analyzing the present situation of the enterprise culture in the domestic real estate industry, this paper expounds the important role of the construction of the enterprise culture in the real estate industry, and the largest commercial real estate development enterprise in China at present.Wanda Group, the top five real estate development enterprise with comprehensive strength, as an example, through the in-depth analysis of the current situation and course of Wanda Group's cultural construction, from the material culture, spiritual culture, behavior culture, system culture and so on.Combing out the advantages, characteristics and shortcomings of Wanda's enterprise culture construction, combining the current industrial layout, comprehensive strength and development direction of Wanda Group, this paper puts forward a new corporate culture framework of Wanda Group.While repositioning the corporate culture of Wanda Group, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the promotion of Wanda's corporate culture construction.
