【摘要】：近年來,我國(guó)中小私營(yíng)企業(yè)在國(guó)家政策的鼓勵(lì)和扶持下快速發(fā)展,在全面市場(chǎng)開發(fā)的機(jī)遇下面臨很大的挑戰(zhàn),獨(dú)資的中小私營(yíng)企業(yè)在各方面都已經(jīng)不能滿足企業(yè)發(fā)展的腳步,很多中小私營(yíng)企業(yè)以實(shí)行股份制的方式來促進(jìn)企業(yè)進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展和壯大。股份制的出現(xiàn)為企業(yè)在籌集資金、提高企業(yè)運(yùn)作效率和應(yīng)付危機(jī)方面提供了合理保障。隨著股份制中小私營(yíng)企業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,股權(quán)管理成了這些企業(yè)的核心問題,傳統(tǒng)觀念的企業(yè)股權(quán)管理已經(jīng)不適用現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,因此,企業(yè)的股權(quán)管理需要不斷的進(jìn)行革新、改進(jìn)。 全文運(yùn)用管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科的理論知識(shí),主要使用事實(shí)陳述法、案例分析法和歸納總結(jié)法對(duì)張家口G房地產(chǎn)公司的股權(quán)管理進(jìn)行研究。論文首先簡(jiǎn)單闡述選題背景和研究意義、研究對(duì)象和研究方法以及整體研究思路和研究框架,接著對(duì)股權(quán)管理理論進(jìn)行概述,為后續(xù)研究做鋪墊。在此基礎(chǔ)上文章從研究張家口G房地產(chǎn)公司股權(quán)管理的發(fā)展、現(xiàn)狀、問題及成因展開。先介紹張家口G房地產(chǎn)公司；接著介紹張家口G房地產(chǎn)公司股權(quán)管理的發(fā)展；分析張家口G房地產(chǎn)公司股權(quán)管理的問題,進(jìn)而探討股權(quán)管理問題形成的成因。據(jù)此,為對(duì)張家口G房地產(chǎn)公司股權(quán)管理提出優(yōu)化方案設(shè)計(jì),提出張家口G房地產(chǎn)公司股權(quán)管理的總體思路,針對(duì)公司股權(quán)管理的問題及成因提出具體的優(yōu)化方案設(shè)計(jì)。最后,為張家口G房地產(chǎn)公司股權(quán)管理優(yōu)化方案的實(shí)施,結(jié)合成功的股權(quán)管理要素分別從條件、原則、保障等角度來實(shí)施張家口G房地產(chǎn)公司股權(quán)管理優(yōu)化方案。第六部分為結(jié)論及有待進(jìn)一步研究的問題。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the small and medium-sized private enterprises of our country have developed rapidly under the encouragement and support of the national policy, and have faced great challenges under the opportunity of comprehensive market development. The wholly owned small and medium-sized private enterprises have been unable to meet the pace of enterprise development in all aspects. Many small and medium-sized private enterprises promote the further development and growth of enterprises by implementing the joint-stock system. The emergence of the joint-stock system has helped the enterprises to raise funds. Improving the operational efficiency of enterprises and coping with the crisis provides a reasonable guarantee. With the vigorous development of small and medium-sized private joint-stock enterprises, equity management has become the core problem of these enterprises. The traditional concept of enterprise equity management has not been suitable for the rapid development of modern enterprises, therefore, the enterprise equity management needs to be constantly innovated and improved. The full text uses the theory knowledge of management, economics and other related disciplines, mainly using the fact statement method, Case analysis and summary method are used to study the equity management of Zhangjiakou G real estate company. Firstly, the background and significance of the research, the research object and research method, the whole research ideas and the research framework are briefly described in this paper. On the basis of this, the paper discusses the development, current situation, problems and causes of equity management of Zhangjiakou G real estate company. First, it introduces Zhangjiakou G real estate company. Then it introduces the development of equity management in Zhangjiakou G real estate company, analyzes the problems of equity management in Zhangjiakou G real estate company, and then discusses the causes of the formation of equity management problems. In order to optimize the equity management of Zhangjiakou G real estate company, put forward the overall idea of the equity management of Zhangjiakou G real estate company, and put forward the concrete optimization scheme design for the problems and causes of the equity management of the company. For the implementation of the equity management optimization scheme of Zhangjiakou G real estate company, combining the elements of successful equity management, respectively from the conditions, principles, To implement the equity management optimization scheme of Zhangjiakou G real estate company from the perspective of security. 6th is the conclusion and problems to be further studied.
