【摘要】：本文基于復雜網(wǎng)絡模型分析A股2 840家上市公司的股東結構發(fā)現(xiàn):在中國上市公司持股網(wǎng)絡中,國有資本管理機構基本控制了大型金融資產(chǎn)管理機構。就A股上市公司的股權結構而言,從總體來看其股權結構較為分散;就單一公司來看,第一大股東持股比例普遍較高,且普遍具有絕對控股優(yōu)勢。從市值規(guī)模上來看,大型金融機構更偏愛大市值"龍頭公司";從行業(yè)角度來看,他們更偏愛金融、制造業(yè)、醫(yī)藥以及計算機行業(yè)。通過對比美國世界五百強企業(yè)之間的持股網(wǎng)絡結構,發(fā)現(xiàn)相對于中國而言,美國企業(yè)股權顯性復雜度更高,美國大型金融機構較中國同行更青睞于創(chuàng)新型科技企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Based on the complex network model, this paper analyzes the shareholder structure of 2840 A-share listed companies. The state-owned capital management agencies basically control the large financial asset management institutions. In terms of the equity structure of A-share listed companies, the equity structure of the A-share listed companies is generally scattered. In the case of a single company, the proportion of shares held by the largest shareholders is generally high. From the perspective of market value's scale, large financial institutions prefer the "leading companies" of the great market value; from the perspective of the industry, they prefer finance and manufacturing. The pharmaceutical and computer industries. By comparing the shareholding network structure among the top 500 companies in the United States, we find that compared with China, American enterprises have a higher degree of ownership dominance complexity. Big US financial institutions favor innovative technology companies more than their Chinese counterparts.
