【摘要】：首先以一個(gè)典型中國(guó)環(huán)境下的案例為研究對(duì)象,從理論上分析了案例中產(chǎn)生不信任的原因與結(jié)果、信息不對(duì)稱的原因與結(jié)果、聘請(qǐng)獨(dú)立審計(jì)的原因與結(jié)果、治理困境的原因與解決方案四個(gè)方面的問題;然后歸納出了"利益不一致→不信任→內(nèi)部治理體系→剩余不信任→外部審計(jì)或自行審計(jì)獲取真實(shí)信息→外部治理"理論模型;最后以不信任關(guān)系為邏輯和行為起點(diǎn),在審計(jì)與治理行為的動(dòng)因、系統(tǒng)、職能、主體、客體、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)六個(gè)方面得出了審計(jì)與治理關(guān)系的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:First of all, taking a typical case of China as the research object, the paper theoretically analyzes the reasons and results of distrust, the reasons and results of asymmetric information, the reasons and results of hiring independent audit. The causes and solutions of the difficulties of governance are discussed in four aspects, and then the theoretical model of "internal governance system with no confidence in internal governance system" is concluded, which includes external audit or self-audit to obtain true information. Finally, taking the relationship of distrust as the logic and the starting point of behavior, the author draws the conclusion of the relationship between audit and governance in six aspects: motivation, system, function, subject, object and standard of audit and governance.
