【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著期貨市場(chǎng)的快速發(fā)展,期貨公司異軍突起,期貨公司營(yíng)業(yè)部數(shù)量猛增,期貨公司之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)異常激烈。目前期貨公司之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的關(guān)鍵是人才,吸引人才、留住人才靠得不僅是行業(yè)及公司的發(fā)展前景,更為重要的是適應(yīng)當(dāng)前期貨公司發(fā)展的組織結(jié)構(gòu),期貨公司營(yíng)業(yè)部作為最直接的業(yè)務(wù)載體,營(yíng)業(yè)部合理的組織結(jié)構(gòu)是實(shí)現(xiàn)期貨公司各種戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的重中之重。也是提高期貨公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵之一。H期貨公司是一家券商系期貨公司,在外部環(huán)境發(fā)生了復(fù)雜變化的情況下,H期貨公司提出了新的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),然而H期貨公司營(yíng)業(yè)部?jī)?nèi)部原有的組織結(jié)構(gòu)不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)前環(huán)境變化、實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),H期貨公司要生存、要發(fā)展、要實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),就必須對(duì)營(yíng)業(yè)部?jī)?nèi)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行重新設(shè)計(jì)。首先,H期貨公司要對(duì)營(yíng)業(yè)部?jī)?nèi)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行深入剖析,找出阻礙公司發(fā)展的癥結(jié)所在;其次,分析癥結(jié)產(chǎn)生的原因;再有,結(jié)合當(dāng)前世界上先進(jìn)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)理論重新設(shè)計(jì),明確設(shè)計(jì)思路;最后要采取相應(yīng)的管理措施來(lái)保證設(shè)計(jì)方案的成功實(shí)施。2014年作為期貨行業(yè)的創(chuàng)新元年,期貨公司也面臨在做好原有基礎(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)的前提下進(jìn)行多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇,本文綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外主要組織結(jié)構(gòu)和組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)理論。針對(duì)H期貨公司當(dāng)前的情況運(yùn)用SWOT分析法剖析了H期貨公司的內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境因素以及H期貨公司內(nèi)、外部的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),通過(guò)分析總結(jié)出目前H期貨公司營(yíng)業(yè)部?jī)?nèi)組織結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)環(huán)境不適應(yīng)的方面。根據(jù)H期貨公司對(duì)各營(yíng)業(yè)部提出的新形勢(shì)、新思想、新架構(gòu)的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn),對(duì)營(yíng)業(yè)部?jī)?nèi)部的組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了有針對(duì)性的重新設(shè)計(jì)。明確了設(shè)計(jì)方案和新組織結(jié)構(gòu)相應(yīng)的崗位職責(zé),把優(yōu)秀人才集中到營(yíng)業(yè)部的關(guān)鍵的增值點(diǎn)。并且比較了新舊兩個(gè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的特點(diǎn)和作用。制定了有利于新組織結(jié)構(gòu)順利運(yùn)營(yíng)的相關(guān)制度,重點(diǎn)是管理規(guī)章制度和績(jī)效考核制度。加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部控制機(jī)制,提出相應(yīng)的內(nèi)部控制目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容。在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)方面,進(jìn)一步明確將授權(quán)文化、合規(guī)文化、執(zhí)行力文化作為公司的核心建設(shè)文化。本文在H期貨公司營(yíng)業(yè)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方面的研究對(duì)其他期貨公司可以起到參考作用,同時(shí)對(duì)組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)理論的發(fā)展具有一定的借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the futures market, futures companies have suddenly emerged. The number of futures companies' business departments has soared, and the competition between futures companies is extremely fierce. At present, the key to the competition among futures companies is to attract talents. It is not only the development prospects of the industry and the company, but also the organizational structure to adapt to the development of the current futures company. The business department of the futures company is the most direct business carrier. The reasonable organizational structure of the business department is the most important thing in realizing the various strategic objectives of the futures company. It is also one of the keys to improving the core competitiveness of the futures company. H futures company is a futures company in the securities company. Under the circumstances of complex changes in the external environment, the H Futures Company has put forward new strategic objectives. However, the original organizational structure within the business department of the H Futures Company cannot adapt to the changes in the current environment, so the H Futures Company wants to survive in order to achieve the strategic goal. To develop, to achieve the strategic goal, we must redesign the organizational structure in the business department. First, the futures company should make a thorough analysis of the organizational structure in the business department to find out the crux of the development of the company; secondly, Analyze the causes of the crux of the problem, and then, combine with the advanced theory of organization structure in the world to redesign and clarify the design ideas; Finally, we should take corresponding management measures to ensure the successful implementation of the design scheme. In 2014, as the first year of innovation in the futures industry, futures companies are also faced with the challenges and opportunities of diversification under the premise of doing a good job in their original basic business. This paper summarizes the main organizational structure and organizational structure design theory at home and abroad, analyzes the internal and external environmental factors of H futures company and the internal and external advantages and disadvantages of H futures company by using SWOT analysis method in view of the current situation of H futures company. By analyzing and summarizing the problems existing in the organizational structure of the business department of H Futures Company and the aspects not adapted to the environment, according to the guidance of the new situation, new ideas and new structure put forward by H Futures Company to the business departments, The internal organizational structure of the sales department has been redesigned. The corresponding post responsibilities of the design scheme and the new organizational structure have been clarified. Focusing the outstanding talents on the key value-added points of the business department, and comparing the characteristics and functions of the new and the old two organizational structures, and formulating relevant systems conducive to the smooth operation of the new organizational structure, The emphasis is on the management rules and regulations and the performance appraisal system, strengthening the internal control mechanism and putting forward the corresponding internal control objectives and contents. In the construction of enterprise culture, we should further clarify the culture of authorization and compliance, Executive force culture is the core construction culture of the company. The research on the organizational structure design of the business department of H Futures Company can be used as a reference for other futures companies. At the same time, the development of organizational structure design theory has a certain reference and guidance significance.
