【摘要】：文章分析了科技型中小企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)融資的必要性和可行性,探討了科技型中小企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)融資的總體模式和具體路徑,著重從知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)質(zhì)押融資、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)信托融資、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)融資租賃、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)證券化融資和知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)期權(quán)融資五個(gè)方面對(duì)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)融資的具體路徑進(jìn)行深入討論,并提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of intellectual property financing for small and medium-sized technological enterprises, probes into the overall mode and specific path of intellectual property financing for small and medium-sized technological enterprises, and focuses on the financing of intellectual property rights pledge. The specific path of intellectual property financing is discussed in five aspects: intellectual property trust financing, intellectual property financing lease, intellectual property securitization financing and intellectual property option financing. And put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
