【摘要】：農(nóng)村土地經(jīng)營權(quán)抵押貸款是近年來我國學(xué)者研究的關(guān)于農(nóng)村土地金融制度創(chuàng)新的一個熱點,為了滿足現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)對資金的需求,推進農(nóng)村土地的規(guī)�；�(jīng)營,農(nóng)村土地經(jīng)營權(quán)抵押貸款這一新型融資手段正處于從試點實踐向全國推廣的關(guān)鍵階段,但是目前農(nóng)村土地經(jīng)營權(quán)抵押貸款仍面臨著諸多問題。本文通過對農(nóng)村土地經(jīng)營權(quán)抵押貸款的必要性、風(fēng)險、運行機制、試點實踐的供需狀況等方面進行系統(tǒng)的梳理,為進一步推動農(nóng)村土地經(jīng)營權(quán)抵押貸款提供理論指導(dǎo),為農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展注入新的活力。
[Abstract]:The mortgage loan of rural land management right is a hot spot on the innovation of rural land financial system, which has been studied by Chinese scholars in recent years. In order to meet the demand of modern agriculture for funds, to promote the large-scale management of rural land. The new type of financing means of rural land management right mortgage loan is in the key stage of popularizing from pilot practice to the whole country, but at present, the rural land management right mortgage loan still faces many problems. This paper systematically combs the necessity, risk, operation mechanism, supply and demand situation of the rural land management right mortgage loan, and provides theoretical guidance for further promoting the rural land management right mortgage loan. Inject new vigor for the development of rural economy.
