【摘要】：從甘肅省甘南州牧區(qū)農(nóng)牧民專業(yè)合作社現(xiàn)狀看,農(nóng)牧民專業(yè)合作社在制度安排、整合資源、農(nóng)牧民增收、提高農(nóng)牧民組織性、保護(hù)生態(tài)方面發(fā)揮了重要作用,但仍存在不少問(wèn)題。應(yīng)進(jìn)一步完善制度保障、延伸合作社產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、擴(kuò)充農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)人員、提高貧困戶對(duì)合作社的認(rèn)知度、堅(jiān)持草畜平衡發(fā)展,以提升其在牧區(qū)脫貧工作中的作用,提高扶貧效率。
[Abstract]:Judging from the present situation of the specialized cooperatives of farmers and herdsmen in the pastoral areas of Gansu Province, the specialized cooperatives of farmers and herdsmen have played an important role in institutional arrangements, integrating resources, increasing the income of farmers and herdsmen, improving the organization of farmers and herdsmen, and protecting the ecology. But there are still many problems. It is necessary to further perfect the system guarantee, extend the cooperative industry chain, expand the agricultural technicians, raise the cognition of the poor households to the cooperative, insist on the balanced development of grass and livestock, so as to enhance its role in the work of poverty alleviation in pastoral areas and improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation.
